提前訂好的家庭房，當天上午反覆確認我們幾點到，帶孩子嘛，我們給予肯定答覆並説明當天晚上10點左右到達，酒店前台熱情回覆房間已經留好期待入住，當天晚上帶着娃入住酒店被告知家庭房被佔用，連續換了兩個房間，第一間衹有一張床，三個人沒法睡，在倉庫裏推出來一張一米寬都沒有的隔板，讓我們湊活，遭到拒絕後再次換房間，房間門如圖損失，防鎖釦是壞的，在電梯間口，使勁就能推開的那種，將就了一晚上被保安大清早打電話通知下去挪車（昨天晚上保安反覆確認説是停在這裏沒問題，後邊的車是他們自己的不會出去）我們也表明了中午才退房，前一天晚上到的很晚，早晨想多休息會，一大早就反覆的催促讓下去挪車，結果到我們退房他們的車都沒動過，最差勁的一次體驗，大家不要踩雷👎👎
