首先，酒店的服務態度總是讓人印象深刻。員工們總是面帶微笑，熱情周到，讓人感覺就像回到了家一樣。無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都能體現出他們的專業素養和用心。
再來説説酒店的位置吧。很多酒店都位於交通便利的大觀園，對面就是萬達廣場，無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，都能輕鬆到達目的地。而且，周邊的吃的很多，比較方便。

房間很好，停車也方面，酒店位置在萬達對面，距離趵突泉等景點不算遠，性價比超高 。房間非常乾淨 ，服務總枱 經理 房間保潔阿姨等都很熱情服務態度親切感 非常好，服務也非常到位，孩子想看電視，房間電視壞了，還給我們免費升級了房間，很熱心。下次還會選擇這裏。

非常好，去的有點早還給免費升級房型了；環境非常好，乾淨整潔，室內還有小植物，衹是浴巾需要更換一下了；丟了兩件衣服在垃圾桶裏，酒店還給打電話提醒問是不是遺漏的物品；地理位置很優越，對面就是萬達，附近吃的也不少，很棒

房間小，但還好吧；沿路有些噪雜，也還好；設施確實有些老，第二天使用使用吹風機發現沒電，請樓層服務大姐幫忙更換，“嘣”一下連電，把我和服務大姐嚇了一大跳……心有餘悸
