服務：每一個工作人員服務態度真的特別好 很有禮貌 第二天退房的時候我們走的很早 前台工作人員很快接待了我們 辦理退房手續 還收到了親手寫的明信片 真的有心了 被細節打動到啦
衞生：衞生間沒有任何異味 玻璃門沒有水漬 馬桶清潔的很乾凈 非常貼心的放了兩卷衞生紙
環境：窗外就是濟南著名景點千佛山

服務好，環境好，地下停車位方便，又續住了一天，近期旅途中最滿意的酒店。
建議大家選北向或者東向的房間，南向山景房視野很好，晚上睡覺還是有點吵。
有小朋友的洗漱用品，每天補充歡迎水果，感受到了山東人的熱情好客。

這家酒店挺有文化品位的，裝修也大方得體。從書畫到裝飾，都對得起他另外一個名字山東大學學術交流中心。前台小哥哥很好幫我升級了房型，窗外可遠眺金光閃閃的大佛。每天一籃水果，毛巾都是消毒封裝的，衞浴用品是香噴噴的，床具乾淨無刺癢，可通風，茶飲選擇多。真是不錯。
但也請店家注意房內各種落階和過門檻長者小孩要注意提醒防護。朝大街的房型在修地鐵，非常之吵。
別的都很好，特別感謝保潔小姐姐，認真負責。

濟南學府大酒店就在千佛山下，可以走路去千佛山遊玩。房間寬敞明亮，採光通風良好，衞生設定齊全，尤其是有智能馬桶，非常好，值得點贊👍。床品乾淨整潔，非常舒適，睡眠質量好。還有一點很貼心，因此時天氣比較乾燥，酒店特地為客人準備了歡迎水果🍎，品質很好，很甜，非常感謝！早餐品種豐富，中西餐食都有，還有一些濟南特色地方風味早餐，都很好吃。以後再來還住這家酒店。

不輸五星的設施，服務，地點，房間至少30平，正對千佛山的山景，衞生標準毫不含糊，個人護理用品一應俱全，牙線也提供，遇到濟南大雪天前台主動贈送了早餐，還有每天送到房間的一籃水果，多謝053管家。去過一些地方還是最喜歡濟南的風土人情。
