The hotel's location is super convenient; you can walk to Daming Lake, Black Tiger Spring, and other scenic spots. Downstairs, there's Henglong Plaza with plenty of dining options, making life very easy. The room is quite spacious, and the service is warm and attentive. The breakfast is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. However, for an InterContinental hotel of such high quality, the complimentary bottled water being ChunYue is quite disappointing. Also, while there's a parking lot for those driving, spaces are very tight, and if you come during holidays, traffic in the surrounding area can easily get congested.

Absolutely perfect! The location is outstanding, right above Guihe Shopping Centre, which is mainly luxury brands, and next door to Henglong Plaza, which has a full range of brands and is very popular. Quancheng Square is right in front, and you can walk to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. The hotel environment is excellent. Concierge is on the ground floor, and the lobby is on the seventh floor. Estela's service during check-in was incredibly warm and attentive. The family executive suite exceeded our expectations – a spacious one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup. The mini-bar was complimentary, and we had executive lounge access! Even after checking out, I left two iPads in the room, and the hotel promptly notified me. Their service is truly exceptional! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

A great stopover during the National Day holiday. Even though it was a busy holiday, the hotel was well-ordered, and the room was clean and odor-free. Xiao Chen at the Executive Lounge was very thoughtful and helped me print some documents. The hotel's location is also convenient, allowing me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It definitely added to the overall positive experience of this trip.

This hotel is conveniently located right by Quancheng Square, with large shopping malls like Henglong and Maoye just next door. It's an easy walk to popular spots like Furong Street, Qushuiting Street, Daming Lake, and Baotu Spring, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing. I stayed in a scenic twin room, which was very spacious and included a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The only minor downsides were that the beds were a bit too soft and the sliding glass door to the bathroom was a little inconvenient.

The environment is very similar to the Four Seasons Hotel I stayed at in Beijing before, the one by Liangma River. Although the hotel is older and the details aren't as perfect, the service is absolutely faultless. From the parking guidance, to the thoughtful child-proofing details in the family room to prevent bumps, to the breakfast variety and the helpful staff guiding us, we felt completely at home. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Jinan.

The location is excellent, right next to Quancheng Square, and you can walk to Black Tiger Spring, Baotu Spring, and Daming Lake. It truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star luxury hotel, with complete facilities and a very clean swimming pool. The breakfast is rich, and while the Executive Lounge might be slightly less impressive than the InterContinental Chongqing Raffles, the service is indeed very good.

The lobby is grand and the rooms are spacious. The buffet breakfast is good, and the dinner buffet offers decent value for money. The only minor drawback is the parking; it's quite inconvenient. We were told to go to B2, then redirected to B1, and the staff's attitude was very poor. Hotel security shouldn't behave that way.

The InterContinental Jinan City Center boasts an excellent location in the heart of Jinan, the 'City of Springs,' making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The lobby is spacious and grand, creating a wonderful ambiance. The guest rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, bright, and offer superb views, providing a fantastic stay experience! The hotel staff even called the day before check-in to inquire about my preferences, which was a lovely personal touch. The executive lounge offers a decent light meal option, especially for guests checking in around 5 PM. The hotel breakfast is a highlight of the InterContinental brand; the restaurant is bright and spacious, offering an extensive variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The staff are attentive and friendly, and upon departure, I even received a local Shandong specialty, sorghum candy, as a souvenir! I will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!

Staying at the InterContinental for our family trip, the executive lounge really added to our experience. The afternoon tea selection was extensive, with a wide variety of fruits, desserts, and drinks, making it very convenient for a refreshing break and a quick bite. The environment was elegant and quiet, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered great views without any noise. Ellie, one of the staff members, was thoughtful, attentive, and responded quickly to our requests. The executive privileges were excellent, and it was definitely worth booking an executive room for our family.
