酒店的位置特別好，離大明湖，趵突泉，芙蓉街寬厚裏都是可以步行到達的距離，周圍吃飯的地方也很多，公交車和打車都方便。酒店裡的設施都不錯，房間夠大，床鋪也很舒服，早餐比較豐富。酒店的服務熱情周到，值得表揚，特別是11層的服務管家井霞和夏龍梅，熱情耐心，送來了歡迎水果，還送來大桶泉水給我們泡茶喝，讓我們充分感覺到了山東人民的熱情好客。值得推薦的一家酒店。

非常滿意的一次旅程。酒店地理位置一流，吃喝玩樂都是很方便。早上自助餐中規中矩，品種繁多。更加讓人感動的是11樓客房服務人員的優良素質。服務員井霞服務熱情，對我們問寒問暖，每天衞生工作乾乾淨淨，還為我們打好一桶泉水方便喝茶。我的父親歲數大了，腿腳不好，井霞特意為他準備了一個洗澡用的椅子，讓我們方便安全很多。這一切讓我們有了賓至如歸的感覺，我們很滿意。
