The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jinan Station, which is very convenient for traveling to Jinan. The room was clean and tidy, with exceptional hygiene. The bedding was comfortable, and the hotel facilities had good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and very kind.

Jinan, a city renowned for its gentle charm, truly delighted me, especially after discovering Atour Hotel ✨. The high-floor room offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the city's vibrant life and scenic beauty right from the window. The ambiance was elegant and incredibly comfortable, and the service was meticulously thoughtful and attentive. My travel fatigue instantly melted away, replaced by a profound sense of warmth, peace, and contentment.

We stayed for two days, and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The hotel also offers free ancient costume experiences, and there are dedicated areas for reading and working. The gym is also very clean, and the breakfast variety changes daily. The soundproofing seemed quite good too. What left the deepest impression was when my child suddenly threw up while playing on the bed, just as the housekeeping staff came to clean. I was a bit flustered. My husband was eating and didn't react when I called him, but the housekeeper immediately helped me with tissues and thoughtfully brought over the trash can. After cleaning, she even left us an extra pack of tissues. A huge thank you to that kind lady! The front desk staff, both male and female, were also very friendly! We even received a small gift when checking out 🎁

The room design was good, and the location was surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. I especially loved the tea-drinking corner in the room. The downsides were the breakfast and dinner; they were too simple compared to what I've experienced at other 'Shenye Zhou Dao' (late-night porridge) locations in other cities. Also, the lounge area on the ground floor of the lobby was really unpleasant. I'm not sure if it was the smoke coming from the ventilation shaft of the fire escape on the second floor, but it permeated the entire lounge area. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the restroom. Annoying.

Excellent! 👍 We had a very comfortable stay with the kids, and the food was great too. Every night after 9:30 PM, the hotel offers complimentary warm congee and side dishes. For guests returning late, a bowl of hot congee not only fends off hunger and fatigue but also provides a comforting late-night treat. A truly wonderful experience.

I even got to enjoy the late-night congee on the 13th floor! The hotel's location was perfect for me, about 2-3 kilometers from the main scenic spots. We always took the bus from the Daguan Garden station, which was super convenient. The buses usually had seats, and the drivers were patient and polite. Jinan feels like such a warm and friendly city, I really love it! Also, there's a snack street behind the hotel, which is great for finding food and has a lively atmosphere. I recommend the seaweed buns in picture 4!

This hotel choice was a wonderful surprise! From check-in to check-out, I felt meticulously cared for throughout my stay. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and the hygiene was impeccable! Most importantly, the soundproofing was absolutely fantastic—among the best my sister has ever experienced. Even though our room was located right by the elevator, it was incredibly spacious with a very smart layout, and the sound insulation was superb. The windows were even double-glazed, blocking out all noise!
