I initially chose this hotel for its downtown location, as it's a convenient 29-minute walk to tourist attractions, making shopping and dining easily accessible. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, including a welcome fruit platter, local pastries, and drinks. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It was also a nice surprise to have food deliveries brought directly to my room by a robot, which added a cool tech touch. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me bottled water and 'wife cakes' for my journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel 😊.

Jinan in early autumn is beautiful, and this hotel truly enhances the experience. It's in a great location, not far from Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Daming Lake—all within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. The surrounding Baihuazhou historical district is also lovely for a walk, especially when lit up at night. The hotel breakfast is plentiful; I particularly enjoyed the warm Jinan Chatang, where you can add various dried fruits yourself. Upon checking out, they even gave us delicate pastries, telling us we could eat them on our journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit.

The hotel room was clean and well-equipped. They even have a dedicated laundry room with a garment steamer, which was really convenient. Plus, the hotel is right in the heart of the old town, so it's within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit. In room 507, the shower pressure was really weak. There was also a mysterious switch box right under the shower head, which made me nervous to shower, not knowing if it was high voltage or low voltage. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their warm hospitality! They made my stay incredibly convenient.
As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!

Judging by the name, it seems like a hotel with government ties; the decor definitely has that party school vibe, haha. A truly excellent hotel right in the city center. All the main attractions are just a short walk away. My husband, friends, and I went to Jinan for a marathon. My husband specifically requested we stay at the Metropark, as he had stayed there many years ago. The location is excellent, very close to Daming Lake, Baotu Spring, and shopping malls. The hotel offered many thoughtful services for the marathon event, such as breakfast starting at 5 AM, reserving quiet floors for marathon participants, and late check-out.
