Having visited Jinan many times, I always choose Quancheng Hotel as my stable haven during my trips. This time, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, proactively upgrading my room. This small act of kindness dissolved the fatigue of travel, truly showcasing the hotel's warm and human touch. The hotel is ideally located at the east end of Quancheng Square, boasting a prime position in the old city center. Stepping out, you're immediately immersed in the splendor of Jinan. By day, you can stroll to Baotu Spring and Black Tiger Spring, or explore the lively Qu Shui Ting Street for a taste of old-town charm. At night, you can quietly admire the illuminated spring landmarks, with the poetic beauty of the city's springs surrounding you. Getting around is effortless, making the most of Jinan's scenic and convenient location. Entering the guest room was another pleasant surprise. The space is expansive and grand, with elegant and refined decor. A subtle luxurious quality is hidden in the details. The entire room was spotless and tidy, and the soft furnishings felt gentle and cozy, offering a peaceful and comfortable escape from the outside hustle. There's no deliberate ostentation; instead, amidst the high-end and sophisticated ambiance, there's thoughtful and delicate human-centered care. After a day of travel, you can always find a tranquil haven here. After years of repeat stays, the service has remained consistently excellent – warm, attentive, and considerate in every way. It's more than just a place to rest; it's a base that helps you understand Jinan's cultural脉络 and experience the city's warmth. Combining beautiful scenery, quality, and heartfelt service, Quancheng Hotel is always my top choice when visiting Jinan.

This hotel offers great value for money. The air conditioning was excellent, and they provided fresh fruit daily. It's very close to the scenic spots. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to both Baotu Spring and Black Tiger Spring. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options that my child really enjoyed.

Old Jinan Tianmo (a traditional breakfast porridge) and the fried dough twist soup I drank as a child, along with the Black Tiger Spring water, brought back so many memories. This long-standing hotel is truly excellent! The location is superb; it's very convenient to walk to Baotu Spring, and Black Tiger Spring is right downstairs. I was very satisfied with the service from the front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu. The kids absolutely loved it!

The hotel is located by the moat, near Quancheng Square, and close to commercial districts and scenic spots. The environment is pleasant, the breakfast offers a good variety, and the service is excellent. It's a great choice for travelers.

Family room with a 1.8m and a 1.2m bed, good service, quite nice. It's also very close to the attractions, which is quite convenient.

My overall stay exceeded expectations. The room was well-lit and very clean, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. The housekeeping staff were attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk team, especially Xiaoyu, were gentle, patient, and provided excellent service. They were quick to resolve any issues. On my first day, there was a smoke smell in the room, and they immediately moved me and even upgraded my room. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it!

I booked a suite, and even though the hotel was fully booked that day, the front desk attendant still diligently found me a room with the layout I wanted. Although it wasn't a newly renovated room, it was very well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Quancheng Square. From the room, you can see the moat. Chen's and Sansheng are nearby, making dining convenient.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location and its own massive parking lot. What truly impressed me most was the staff's attitude – gentle, enthusiastic, and dedicated! They actively go above and beyond to provide excellent service to guests. As someone who frequently stays in hotels, I can responsibly say this is a rare gem. It's been a long time since I've seen such passion in their work. I also have to rave about the breakfast here. Not only do they offer spring water and plenty of coffee, but the variety of delicious food is simply unparalleled for a hotel under a thousand yuan. You can try all the local Jinan specialties – good thing I stayed for several days, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to taste everything! And they never skimp on refilling dishes, even as closing time approaches. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the facilities are a bit dated, but that absolutely doesn't detract from the overall excellent experience.

The room was great, and the hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. Most places are just a 10-15 minute walk away. While the facilities aren't the most modern, the service is excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is located in the city center, about a 10-minute walk to Baotu Spring. I booked this hotel on a whim, and to my surprise, the quality, environment, and service all exceeded my expectations after check-in. They upgraded me to a smart room and even sent a fruit platter. When they noticed we ran out of water, they kindly delivered three more bottles of water and yogurt. The breakfast was very generous, with more main dishes than I could even try. There's also free parking, and plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, very close to Black Tiger Spring, Jiefang Pavilion, and Kuanhou Street. It's also convenient to get to Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Quancheng Square. However, the hotel is quite old; there's a damp, musty smell as soon as you enter the lobby. The worst and most inexplicable part was the breakfast. They said it closed at 10 AM, but by 9:40 AM, there was absolutely nothing left. When I asked a staff member, the auntie in the noodle area directly said, 'There's nothing left, look at the time,' and then muttered something with her back to me, showing no manners at all. Why say 10 AM then? If there's no food, don't they replenish it? And closing at 10 doesn't mean we can't continue eating, right? It felt like they turn off the lights and kick people out exactly at 10. I asked the manager, who said the staff were new and didn't understand. Sigh, do they just blame everything on new hires? I understand they need to prepare for lunch, but that shouldn't affect breakfast service. I can understand old facilities, but it's hard to understand such an outdated service philosophy that should have been eliminated by now. Oh, and I specifically requested no robot delivery for my takeout because my child was asleep and the doorbell would make noise, but they completely ignored it. Even the evening shift customer service seemed to be handled by a robot on the phone; I asked for two items but only received one.
