The hotel is near Jinan West railway station. The staff is very polite. I have been in Jinan for 6 days, and visited 3 hotels. This is the best, the price is a little expensive but it's worth it. The view from the 18th floor

The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-equipped, and the room layout is practical. They even upgraded our room type due to special circumstances. The breakfast at the restaurant was decent and met our basic needs. As a five-star hotel, it offers great value for money overall and comes highly recommended.

Overall experience very positive. Beginning from location, staff in reception very helpful, rooms are clean and well equipped ending on breakfast which should satisfy most of visitors.

Rooms were clean and spacious. However front desk staff did not inform us the aircon was under maintenance. Temperature stuck at 25 degrees Celsius and we couldn’t sleep throughout the stay.

The aircon was not working but the Front Desk staff was very cooperative and seeing my discomfort upgraded me to Suite … The house keeping staff on my floor no.14 was also excellent and very helpful ✌🏻👍🏻

Nice hotel. Unfortunately the room I had day and night was very noisy from the outside traffic. Otherwise all was fine.
