行政禮遇: 行政房間卻沒有歡迎水果，更別提網上看網上其他人分享的巧克力，下午茶點屬實比較拉胯，真的是頭一次在五星級行政酒廊見到麻辣花生和小熊軟糖。。咖啡機的卡布奇諾程序出液量和咖啡杯不配套，工作人員也不是很熟悉，於是喝了兩杯熱牛奶。。唯一比較值得的地方就是延遲退房了，這個好評。
迷你吧:樣式不多，沒有什麼亮點，唯一一瓶依雲還要另付費 。。
設施：客房的設施整體符合五星水準，但有個很糟糕的bug，浴室門的膠條關上門以後阻力特別大，自己一個人差點被關進去出不來。。建議調整一下吧（6925房間），另外那個衞浴把手選了個方形的小把手，手上有泡沫時很難操作啊真的是。。
環境：窗外景色真的不錯，好評主要是沖這個整體設計來的，游泳池的儲物櫃、公共部分很整潔，好評
服務：電話聯繫要幾瓶水，等了一小時沒送來，第二次電話聯繫又等了很久才送。。
衞生：沒有問題

酒店硬件設施都很不錯，景色也特別好，美中不足的是服務還是差強人意。入住前沒有人員提前溝通聯繫，到達後沒有人指引在哪裡辦理入住，還需要客人主動去問才知道在52樓，到了52樓也沒有人指引辦理前台在哪裡，等客人自己摸索到前台了結果前台躲在櫃枱下面導致我以為沒人辦理，4個櫃枱全部都是空的。不過等到退房的時候倒是有人指引，所以辦理入住時第一印象對這個酒店有點差，早知道當時選洲際好了，而且離主要景點都很遠，適合來出差的人。不過禮賓部幫忙開車門拿行李的值得表揚，很積極，其他人包括前台完全差評！退房後倒是有人聯繫詢問入住體驗，衹是太晚了，入住前和入住時都不聯繫，光靠入住後聯繫怎麼讓客人有好的體驗呢？

住濟南凱賓斯基，感覺就倆字：值當！錢花得不冤！大堂敞亮氣派，房間乾淨舒服，床墊一躺下去就不想起來。服務員見面就微笑，有事反應快，不磨嘰。早餐花樣挺多，中西式都有，能吃飽吃好。不差錢的話，閉眼選這兒，住得確實得勁！

第一次來到濟南，酒店位於新區，給我的感覺非常乾淨整潔。酒店內整體環境不論是裝修還是工作人員都很好，但入住兩天也看到一些不太好的“環境”，酒店來來往往小朋友也很多，是否應該注意管理？

體驗不好，開車過去地下室繞來繞去要半天！好不容易停好車，到前台要換兩個電梯，到房間還得換電梯，太麻煩了！而且前台速度非常慢，輪到我了，半個入住硬是等了15分鐘。最嚴重的是：吃了酒店送的餐拉肚子！牛排肯定不是新鮮的，而且巨油膩！

環境：酒店位置很棒，房間安排在70層，窗外能看到幾乎整個濟南市區
行政禮遇：歡樂時光的小點心很精緻，熱菜種類也不少；下午茶沒拍照，有鹹點、甜點、水果三種，做的很精緻
服務：幾乎能做到有求必應；客房送餐的餐品種類很多，涵蓋了西式和幾種中式菜系，還有專門的素食菜單

一家三口住的豪華套房，房間環境和設施都算不錯，但是感覺房間動線設計有問題，既然是套房了，為什麼浴室放在了房間裏，又沒有排風設定，感覺很不合理。健身房設施有點簡單，我看了宣傳圖片和實物還是很不符合的。
服務：服務感覺一般，我買的套餐有送行政禮遇，前台也沒説明，第二天想起來自己去問的，如果馬大哈的人就漏了，我感覺這家的凱賓斯基服務約等於無，一千六一晚的價格配這個服務有點掉價了
