The thing is, due to the flight delay, the cooperative customer repeatedly urged us to hurry to the hotel, checked in quickly, and then went out for socializing. When I returned to the hotel in the early morning, I was already drunk and lost my mind. It should be said that people in Jinan can really drink! I would like to thank the front desk staff for helping me back to the room. I woke up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth and subconsciously thought that a cup of hot water would be enough. I turned on the light in a daze and was surprised to find a pot of honey water on the bedside table. It was hot. I was instantly attracted by Atour's service. I felt much better after drinking the water and slept until noon when I woke up. When I got up, I was still worrying about how to wear the clothes that smelled of alcohol last night. When I went out today, I saw that the clothes had been washed and folded neatly, with a note: ”Dear Atour friend, you have worked hard when you were away from home. You drank and vomited on your clothes last night. Atour has washed and dried them for you. I hope you can put on clean clothes and set off in full energy!” This is why I stay in Atour in every city. I was instantly shocked and called the front desk, only to learn that the staff saw the clothes that were abandoned outside the door last night and helped take them to the laundry room to wash and dry them. The surprising thing was that the buttons that were removed when drinking and pushing were also sewed back by the attentive cleaning lady. Once again, I was attracted by Atour's attentive employees, who can truly bring different surprises to our guests when they are away from home. I wish Atour gets better and better, I wish the hotel business is booming, and I wish Jiuyue, Qiyue and Meiying all the best in their work.

Quite a good location, very close to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring, not far from Furong Street, the snack street, you can walk to the street. The laundry service is also very good. There are plenty of choices for eating around, the hotel is 25 yuan a small expensive, things are average. Air conditioning is noisy, late check-out can be a little. Unlike other hotels, it can be two o'clock. We asked for a half-point departure and was not accepted, which was embarrassing. Although Tai'an allows two late check-outs, the hotel facilities are not as good as the general guest house. In short, there were very unpleasant experiences during the two stays. I will never stay in any Hanting chain again.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will be back again. Excellent location, right on the canal and a few minutes walk to Kuanhouli snack street. Close to all the main tourist attractions in the city centre. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent - quick check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Even the cleaners were friendly and offered us a bottle of water as we left! Breakfast has a good selection. Recommend this hotel for business or leisure in Jinan!

The room is small and the service is OK. Breakfast is good, very close to the attractions, more convenient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Kuanhouli and it is also close to Daming Lake.

The hotel is well located and is near the town centre, it’s very convenient if conducting business in Jinan. Additionally, it is only about 10 minutes walk to the airport shuttle terminus in town (other end of the street). Although the hotel facilities require some minor updating, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and functional. The services provided by all the staff are exemplary, they were faultless. The reception desk are very helpful and had offered me many helpful advices, which smooth my stay in Jinan (Many thanks to one of the receptionist, 刘楊, who had been very kind and helpful). In my opinion, the services provided from this hotel were at least on par, if not better, than many international hotel chains I had stayed with in Europe. In no doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Jinan.

It is very close to the surrounding attractions Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Black Tiger Spring. It is very convenient to ride a bicycle. [Service] The service of the whole season is not said, especially good, they will meet what you need. When going out to play, they will ask if they need to bring mineral water. I will also take the initiative to say hello when I see it in the corridor. [Facilities] It was newly renovated last year. The whole is very new and the room is very large. It is a sink that is a bit high. The mirror is a bit dark. When making up, it is closer. It is recommended to install a full-length mirror, or install a brighter light next to the makeup mirror. [Breakfast] Its breakfast is quite rich, there are many types, Chinese and Western styles, as well as wontons and noodle soup, the taste is not much. Next time I come, I have to book it. If I go to other cities, I will definitely book the whole season.

In addition to two bottles of mineral water, the room also provides two large bottles. I called and asked if the large bottles are free. It is indeed a spring city. It's very close to the attractions, and the breakfast is very rich. I called before checking in to ask if there were any additional accommodation needs, and a travel guide was provided upon check-in. Before leaving, I also gave toys to the two children. It is particularly good to provide disposable toilet seats in the room. Shampoo and body soap are provided both at the sink and in the bathroom, which is very convenient and considerate. Bath towels are all sterilized and sealed, which makes you feel more at ease. Like the previous reviews, the service was impeccable. Recommended to stay.

Ming-style furniture, Hui-style architecture, flower arrangements are very beautiful and full of Zen, all real flowers, Kunqu Opera, Peking Opera, bamboo garden restaurant, pond tea room, very comfortable bed, good sleep, fruit delivered to the room, all drinks in the refrigerator are free, tea sets for making tea, tea is very fragrant, the wind blows and the bamboo leaves sway while drinking tea, winding paths lead to secluded places, and the Zen room is full of flowers and trees. I will come again next time. The price-performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the fruit is fresh
