The hotel is very nice and in a great central location, however our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped due to broken air conditioning. It got up to 28 degrees while we were trying to sleep and was very uncomfortable. They did give us a fan to use but it didn't help much. The only other complaint we have is that their gym facility is not so great, the weights are super light, so not appropriate for a big workout. If the air conditioning was working it would be a fantastic hotel. Hopefully they get this fixed very soon. The rooms are brand new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the scenic spot. Every morning, my mother can go for a walk in Daming Lake. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned yet, so we went to check in at the Chaoran Building and the Summer Rain Lotus Lantern during the day. When we were tired, we went back to the hotel tea room to eat snacks and then went back to the room to rest. It was very comfortable. At night, we went out to check in at the Chaoran Building and the Summer Rain Lotus Lantern and eat. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. Hot mineral water is available in the hotel lobby. When you go out to play, you can check in by hand and provide tea and snacks when you pass by the lobby. It is very considerate. When you get to the room, you will help take the luggage all the way to the room and briefly introduce the facilities. The service is very thoughtful. The hotel's characteristic customized breakfast box is indeed a highlight and can be delivered to the room, including tea room snacks. If you don't have time to go to the tea room, it can also be delivered to the room. Drinking water will be replenished every day. When I said it was not enough, I even sent a whole box directly. Welcome fruit and good night yogurt are always available every day. One day, the cleaning was not done well, and a large bag of garbage was not collected. I called to make a complaint, and the hotel immediately resolved it and apologized. We stayed for five nights in total (actually, we booked two different room types for five nights, but the hotel upgraded us for free so that we didn't have to change rooms and continued to stay in the original room, which was convenient and discounted for us. Thank you). Only one day was not cleaned properly, and the rest of the time, the cleaning was very good, and the remedial measures were sufficient. Occasional mistakes are understandable. The hotel restaurant products and services are definitely worth a try. I also like the specialties sent 😍 If I go again, I will definitely stay next time.

Hotel value for money. Have this very friendly staff 豆大姐that always offer us water and fresh fruits every day. Even prepare bookmarks for us. Hotel breakfast also a good spread. Walking distance to the malls.

I loved everything about this hotel. Automated curtains, heated toilet seats, fresh towels and big shower heads. I don’t have kids but I loved to see that there’s a play area for kids that is sound proof. Breakfast is ok, typical Chinese breakfast. The staff is very friendly, including housekeeping staff. The only downside was that I came back at 4pm (having left at 8:30am) and my room was still not made. Housekeeping did knock shortly after that to clean up but I thought that’s too late in the day. They did apologize though. I’d deft stay here again. There’s a beautiful park right across the hotel and it’s 10min walk to Daming Lake. There are many Western restaurants and shopping malls in the vicinity.

The hotel located at the old city area. Old building but rooms were refreshed. Walking distance to park. Excellent customer service namely, Xiao Shang who assisted us with check in and handling the hiccups with our local tour agent. Central air conditioning was shut down (probably energy savings measure) at night but we were given stand fan instead. Delicious breakfast with many varieties of local dishes. A good hotel to stay in Jinan.

The hotel environment is very good, the lobby is luxurious, the guest rooms are clean and refreshing, the whole house is smart home, voice control is available, the pillows and quilts are very comfortable, you can fall into a deep sleep as soon as you lie down, the breakfast is very rich, there are many flavors, some dishes are changed every morning, and there are free late-night warm snacks, so you can have a full meal at night, which is very considerate. There are also free sports venues, yoga rooms, and laundry rooms. The front desk and restaurant services are very good. Thank you very much to Yin Qi at the front desk, who is very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and warm like a family. It feels very good to live in this hotel and I highly recommend it.

Good hotel and very strategic located at the city centre of Lixia, walking distant to the street market. Shopping malls also around 15 - 20 minutes walk. Room was clean, given fruit platter as a welcome gift very thoughtful. Extra coffee sachet given also…bed was comfy .. they provide Siaotu.. AI kinda instruction you can ask anything and given answered. You can ask to play music.. switch of the lights…

Due to early flight arrival, we reached the hotel early. We approached the reception for early check-in, and one of the senior staff is so nice to allow us to check in which I really appreciated. This hotel is ideally located, there was a Zhongshang park and Baotu Spring opposite the hotel and walking distance to the shopping centre and night market as well. We will recommend it to our friends to stay in this hotel if they visit Jinan.

Facilities: old, although there are many sockets, some are loose. Hygiene: There is a bunch of hair from the previous guest in the shower room Environment: Generally good Service: The front desk and room service are warm and polite, and the takeaway is delivered to the room by a robot, which is considerate. Because I caught the high-speed train in the morning, it was particularly worry-free to stay here, and I could enter the station in a few steps. Breakfast is hard to describe, maybe there are many people during the Spring Festival holiday! It's a bit messy, the freshly made stalls are not open, and it's understandable that there are few people at work. The food is replenished in time and I can eat enough. Although it is at the train station, there is no noise from the train, but the noise from other rooms and corridors can be heard. Overall, it's good! I will stay here again if necessary.

The room was great, the temperature was right, it was clean and tidy, and the quilt smelled nice. The supporting facilities were complete and the staff was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. It was very interesting, and there was a lottery at the front desk. I will buy again next time I come to Jinan~ I hope the business will get better and better.
