My first stay at this hotel was a dismal experience dining at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. From the moment I entered, I felt something was amiss; there wasn't a single table occupied. Of the six dishes we ordered, two were half-cooked. The spicy pepper chicken and Pingyao beef were packaged and tasted terrible. Don't order them. The service was abysmal. Our cutlery and chopsticks were removed before we even finished our meal. When we asked the waiter, *** (an intern), why they were removing our cutlery, he acted very impatient and clearly hadn't received any training. We then called their supervisor, ***, and he was just perfunctory. It was very unpleasant and he had no service ethic at all. I will definitely not dine there again. Attached are the name badges of the two staff members. I hope the hotel department will criticize and educate them. This kind of service is completely inconsistent with the hotel's quality and seriously affects the hotel's image and the customer experience.
