We loved the location and rooms. But hotel lobby aircon is never on. Receptionist Zoe helped us a lot, like teaching us to book tickets to all the museums. Super hardworking, always working beyond her shift.

The overall stay experience was great! Here I would like to express my special thanks to Vivienne, the Hotel staff, for her professional explanation of the Hotel tour. She not only introduced the overall design of the hotel but also explained the knowledge of ceramics. She was very meticulous and patient in the whole process, and also gave me and my family four exquisite ceramic bracelets, which brought me a unique hotel accommodation experience. We recommend you to experience the Hotel tour project and praise the hotel service!!!

The hotel was designed by a famous designer, and the building is very design-oriented. The restaurant is tall and spacious, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. The location is excellent, and it is also very close to Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Street.
I was particularly impressed by the management and service team responsible for the buffet dinner at the Cobalt Blue Restaurant, especially the person in charge, Mr. Wang Peng (Mike), who is very professional, thoughtful, meticulous in service, and young and energetic, bringing us a very good dining experience. I would like to use this platform to express my sincere gratitude🙏

This stay was beyond my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in at the front desk. Miss Eva Xuan enthusiastically told us that we had upgraded our room! She also sent us welcome fruit and sent us travel guides. The details were very thoughtful. The whole stay was impeccable from the environment to the service.
