The hotel is an older style building, quite grand. Although not newly built, it's well-maintained. The rooms are decent size and facilities. It was originally a place for receiving officials. The parking lot is quite large and free. Breakfast is average. Service is average. It has a bit of the feel of an old state-owned enterprise. However, the manager is nice; he proactively communicates with guests, asking if they have any complaints. He's very willing to accept guest feedback and suggestions."
