Starting from good things. Room with private hot spring was nice and clean and bed and bed linen was great. Despite hot spring pool was leaking and needed to refill constantly. But no problem with that if water supply is turned on and you can operate yourself with valves. Hotel staff recommended many places for eating outside. Thanks for that!
We arrived before check in time and asked to spend our time near the pool area which was not problem. When I was looking for toilet then lady from shop told to me that I should go outside the territory and use toilet which is for camper van people. And it was not toilet but old school ditch. Fortunately it was cleaned.
Lot of things are in real life different than in pictures what you can find in web pages. Many hot springs was closed, on site was not operating restaurants and bars. Only you can order food from app or go outside. Area is under the airplanes take off route that means in daytime lot of noise.
About 6pm domestic water supply was turned off and situation lasted until our leaving next day about 11am. Hotel staff wrote that if you want to use toilet I should let them know and they will find a solution. No shower or washing. Breakfast was simple. In the breakfast area is operational coffee machine but for some reason lady behind the table told that not possible and drink cold pre brewed ice coffee? I hope that it’s not connected with lack of water supply. Machine may be filled with purified bottle water not local tap water.

PpinkrippleThere is free pick-up from the airport, and there is a shuttle bus for visiting Gaozhuang. It is very convenient and the service is very good. There is also a swimming pool on the roof, and the environment is very good, especially the night view. The breakfast is generally good, with quite a lot of variety. I really like their rice noodles. The laundry room is a bit run down, so if there's nothing special about it, try not to use it.

MM18908****This hotel is a hidden gem! I booked a special offer room, and they assigned us a cave-themed room. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, and it was perfect for photos. The service was excellent, with free airport pickup and complimentary breakfast. The room even had coffee and Pu'er tea, and it was immaculately clean. The only minor thing is that there's no window, but with the air conditioning and fresh air system, it wasn't an issue at all. The room was very quiet. Downstairs, there are electric scooter rentals, a supermarket, and all sorts of local eateries. Highly recommend!

DDuolvxingshaolvyouThe Naga Hotel is located at Gate 3 of Gaozhuang, on the outskirts of the area, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The Starlight Night Market is just a few hundred meters walk to the south, and there are countless dining options nearby. Parking at the hotel is convenient, with helpful bellboys assisting with parking and unloading luggage. The staff are consistently friendly and greet guests warmly.
This hotel also offers a 'private butler' service. After booking and on the eve of arrival, they proactively contact guests to provide hotel information. However, during our stay, we typically addressed any issues directly with the front desk or floor attendants, rather than through the butler.
Our room wasn't huge, but it was spacious enough to open two suitcases without obstructing the walkway. The balcony glass provided excellent sound insulation, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area. The hotel lobby offers complimentary ice cream to guests, which was a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing.
Breakfast is served on the 17th floor, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, along with a pleasant view. The only drawback is that the elevator only goes up to the 16th floor, so you have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the breakfast area. This might be a consideration for guests with mobility issues. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

MMengluluAirport/Station pickup service: The free airport pickup was very convenient. If we needed a private car service later, we could directly contact the driver.
Facilities: The hotel is not far from the airport, located within a resort area. The roads have a great resort vibe, the lobby is grand, and there are even peacocks to greet you, which is unique.
Ambiance: We saw the specially arranged New Year's fireworks display, which was fantastic! There were also various family-friendly activities, and both an indoor and outdoor pool.
Food: The breakfast selection was rich, with special Dai ethnic foods, and the rice noodles and rice cakes were also delicious 😋. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant; the quality is guaranteed and the prices are reasonable. Since there aren't many other dining options nearby, we ended up eating dinner at the Chinese restaurant for two consecutive nights.
Service: During the holiday, the hotel had high occupancy and many guests, so the overall service was still quite good, comparable to five-star hotel standards, and responses were timely. Special thanks to our butler, Serena.

DDhanya KimberleyI booked 2 hotels in this area, for half of the week each. I had chosen them both due to their pools and beautiful looking rooms/facilities.
The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my messages on WeChat. However, they admitted it was their first time having non-Chinese guests and there were various issues that they needed to improve. The tea ceremony left my parents confused, as there was no translation tool used, and very little explanation as to the session. In other situations, I have had tea ceremonies that involve explanation of how the tea is made, how it should be drunk, what sort of people drink this type of tea etc. (To overcome the disappointment of this, we were gifted a pack of the delicious tea however).
We selected this hotel based on the pool facilities mostly and were very disappointed to arrive to dirt-filled pool water that had branches and other debris inside. The staff were very apologetic and explained the recent storms caught them unawares. However, little action was taken to clean the pools until I raised this matter. When we went to the second hotel of my choice, they had more pools, all of which were clean and full of water, even though the same storm would have hit them.
The photo shoot was great, and the photographer was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the seating area was nice. We did not use the sitting area within the pool section however, due to the dirty pool etc.
The breakfast was only served to us on our first day, and then a buffet on the second day. For us, we personally preferred the buffet so that we could select our portion sizes ourselves.
I think over time, the staff will become more confident with foreign guests and this resort will be greatly enjoyed.

CCaomeijiangdlqFinally got to check out the Chinzanso Sunset Hotel that I've been dreaming of! The mint green pool was definitely the biggest draw for me. During the day, paddling a transparent boat felt like floating on a jelly ocean – every picture turned out Instagram-worthy. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even prepared welcome fruits and a souvenir gift bag that included makeup remover wipes and a steam eye mask. Talk about amazing attention to detail! The room was spacious, bright, and clean. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

SStanley The Travel ManThe room was pretty clean. The cleaning lady replaced my towels on most days with one exception which was fine as there were other towels which I put in front of the shower. The garbage was emptied daily. The room is bright with light switches are available bedside. 306 has a bath tub in the living room. Who takes a bath in the living room ?
The pictures for that room needs to be improved with better description. Rooms with bath tub should be stated as such and room with sofa so the guests won’t get a room with a bath tub in the living room when they expect to have a sofa. Luckily for me that type of room was available.
I had room 307 which faces the back of the building and it wasn’t as noisy as the ones facing the street. Those rooms have the problem of hearing the drivers using their horns and by night music from the night market. With the windows close it isn’t bad.
One problem which can be improved is the receptionist. I checked in on Jan 12 and checked out Jan 15. There was this lady with glasses and another one on Jan 12 and then mostly I saw the one with glasses. She was there day and night. She wasn’t that helpful nor friendly . Every question was replied but rather unhappily it seemed. She didn’t behave like she likes her job. I even thought about leaving because of her. But on the last day, Jan 15 at 7:30 am when I checked out , a lady with surname Yi was working. She was an angel. She said breakfast is also ready, why don’t you stay and offered which I thought was very nice of her. She smiled a lot and told I felt she was very accommodating and helpful. She was trying to help in every respect and even waited with me a bit for my DiDi. I think she exemplifies good service.
I also like the tea as my parting gift.
I think that receptionist is an disappointment which isn’t a big problem with better training but other than her, everyone and everything were almost perfect.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy.
The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything.
If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

LLvan_jingThis trip was truly a blessing thanks to choosing the Yifei Hotel! Upon arrival, the front desk warmly handed us hot towels, instantly dispelling our travel fatigue. Check-in was also super fast, and they even thoughtfully offered us fresh fruit. It was so heartwarming!
The room was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was so soft and satisfying, making for a wonderful sleep. I can't praise the hotel more highly than the surrounding ambiance. The clear water in the swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery, created a relaxing vacation vibe. Taking a dip in it was simply wonderful.
I was truly captivated by the attention to detail in every aspect of this stay. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
