The room is very big and clean, but the balcony has shattered glass and the walls all have skid marks. Other than that, the staff is really friendly and were quick to respond when i needed help

The owner is friendly, the place is in a good location, and easy to explore Jinghong and the beautiful building by the night

I stayed at this place in Xishuangbanna, and while it’s not exactly a traditional hotel, it felt more like a short-stay apartment rental. The room came with free pickup service from the airport or railway station, which was very helpful — although we did have to wait a little bit for the driver. A friendly lady eventually found us at the drop-off point near the building and took us to the room. There’s no reception or extra facilities — it’s just the room itself. The room is starting to show some signs of wear, but overall it was still comfortable and acceptable for a short stay. The location is actually great: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, making it easy to explore in the evenings. My stay happened during the Songkran Festival, so the whole area was full of energy, water fights, and celebrations. Because of this, my experience might be a little biased — things were messier and livelier than usual, but it added to the fun! If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place and don’t mind a no-frills experience, this is a good option — especially during festival time!

Perfect comfortable clean big room nice view

I was in this hotel for five days and it was amizing it near the night market and have evry thing you need in it and the rooms are big

The hotel reception is very difficult to find (no sign outside the building). Apart from that, the hotel location is excellent. Room is clean and spacious and staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely worth the price (just hard to find the reception)

Absolutely loved this apartment! Very spacious and a gorgeous balcony!! Contacted the owner through WeChat who met us outside the Accomodation to take us to the room, would definitely stay again if we were in the area

Amazing location in the alive center of Jinghong! The place is hard to find, no indication. The pool and it’s views are great! A bit crowded and not enough long chairs. Otherwise the rest is amazing and room is very clean! Recommend

I hope the hotel can repair the hot water system in time to ensure the basic needs of guests. Hygiene: The overall sanitation is good, the room is relatively clean and tidy, and no dust, stains or other problems were found when checking in. Environment: The river view is a highlight of the hotel. You can enjoy the beautiful river view from the room. Whether it is sunrise or night view, it can bring visual enjoyment, adding a romantic and comfortable atmosphere to the check-in experience. Service: The hotel service staff is warm and friendly, and responds promptly, whether it is checking in, asking questions or making demands.

The room is very big, suitable for the whole family. There is also an automatic mahjong machine in the room, and there are entertainment activities at night! The store also upgraded to a river view room for free, but the cleaning is so-so.
