Homeinn Plus Hotel (Xishuangbanna Jinghong Peacock Lake Tropical Flower Garden)

Located on a street lined with barbecue stalls, the area outside is dirty and chaotic. The noise from the barbecue stands downstairs is deafening, continuing until midnight. Rooms next to the elevator are constantly filled with elevator noise. The parking lot requires a long walk around to get back, which is especially inconvenient for those with a lot of luggage. To make matters worse, both elevators were under maintenance at the same time, forcing guests on the eighth floor to climb the stairs. The front desk staff showed no remorse whatsoever, simply brushing it off with a "there's nothing we can do." This is the worst Home Inn Select I've ever stayed at.

The room is clean and the service is good. Although there are barbecue stalls downstairs, the hotel is in a yard and it is still quiet. It is convenient to have supper around and there are many delicious foods.

It's pretty good, there is also a pick-up service, no pitfalls. . . You can spend a day at the Chinese Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden by yourself. If you don't participate in the water splashing activity in the Dai Garden, there is no need to go there. The sightseeing bus is set up for the purpose of charging. Yunnan Tourism will teach everyone who does not make a travel plan in advance a lesson. I spent money and time, but still didn't have the fun. I've stepped into the 900 yuan pit first, you guys can do whatever you want. . .

I stayed in Banna for four nights, three of which were at Home Inn. In comparison, the Tropical Flower Garden store feels the best. First of all, the front desk staff has a good work attitude, answers all questions and is very patient; Secondly, the lobby is very large, and the rest area is divided into several areas with different brightness levels, which is very suitable for different needs at different times. It is a very thoughtful design; Once again, because my flight was late, they were very considerate and allowed me to check out later. Thank you. Also, the breakfast was good. Except for the barbecue stall at the door that pollutes the air at night, everything else is good. All in all it deserves praise.

I usually don't bother with reviews, except for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad, but this one was exceptionally bad (and this is the first time I've given a bad review to a hotel). 1️⃣ The hotel's soundproofing was terrible. The doors were practically useless. Footsteps, conversations, swiping sounds, and the sound of doors opening and closing in the opposite room were all very clear (neither of us are particularly sensitive to hearing). (The hotel kept insisting they had soundproofing strips, and there was one, but the key point is that it was useless!! 🤬 Does having it mean it's soundproof??) 2️⃣ We asked the front desk to hear the outside noise in the room themselves. He initially admitted it was noisy, but then changed his tune, saying the soundproofing was excellent and we couldn't hear anything (both were recorded; I have no idea why?? 😅) 3️⃣ I have migraines, and the hotel's issues caused sleep deprivation and headaches. Also, arguing with the hotel delayed our morning sightseeing. Refunding the night's room fee is reasonable, right? The hotel directly accused us of trying to get a free meal 🙃 4️⃣ The handling process was evasive. We demanded to call his supervisor in person, and he pretended to make a call on his phone but didn't actually contact anyone (I have video footage). 🙂 When we insisted, he yelled at us and then secretly went to a corner to contact someone. In short, terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Don't come here!!! For the same price, you should definitely consider other hotels.

這次出行是來參加歌手劉雨昕的音綜錄製《音你而來3》，臨時定了這個酒店，結果發現特別方便的，離花卉園走幾分鐘就到了。前台很有格局，充滿音樂的元素；大廳很方便在這裏臨時休憩和飲茶。房間一如既往地“如家”標配，簡潔乾淨；機器人送餐便捷。特別值得表揚的是這家服務人員，説話非常温柔，努力解決各種問題，態度很好，效率很高。因為不能及時趕回來，聯繫前台幫我收拾了物品，所以能很放心在玩耍。一次非常滿意的旅程，一次美好的住宿體驗必不可少。下次還來！
