Jinghong Xiyuan International Hotel

The facilities here are really good. The hairdryer works great, and the place is clean. The bathroom is especially well-maintained, with no unpleasant smells at all. The staff are available 24/7, which provides a great sense of security.

The hotel service was fantastic! They upgraded us to a family room when they saw we had a child, which was really thoughtful. The room's decor was lovely and our child absolutely loved it. It was also very clean, and we felt safe as there were no sharp objects. Plus, it was great for taking photos!

The hotel environment is comfortable, and they even contacted me in advance to arrange a free airport shuttle. They also offer complimentary Dai traditional costumes and travel photography services. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Water Splashing Square, and it's just a short walk to the Riverside Night Market and Manting Park. My stay was very comfortable.

Service: As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the butler's thoughtful service impressed me. A big thanks to him for helping me with my heavy luggage, haha! I think his name was Xiao Luo. Environment: It was much better than I expected. Before coming to Xishuangbanna, I was a bit worried when booking, but I didn't expect the environment and room cleanliness to be absolutely spotless. Cleanliness: Being a new hotel, it's naturally very clean and hygienic!

For our company's annual trip, everyone else stayed at the Mekong Jinglan, but I specifically chose Xiyuan International Hotel for the following reasons: 1. The rooms at Xiyuan are decorated in a fresher and brighter style, feature large bathtubs, the bedding is very clean, and the room temperature is very comfortable. 2. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, unlike Gaoguang, which is always congested during peak hours and where taxis are hard to come by. 3. The overall decor is relatively new, and the breakfast is abundant. 4. The service is very attentive; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties is warm and welcoming. 5. It's a 10-minute walk to Manting Park, a 5-minute walk to Youxiang Night Market (a favorite among locals), and about 2 kilometers from the Jinghong Market. 6. Having also stayed at Mekong Jinglan, these reasons made me prefer Xiyuan for my second visit to Xishuangbanna, and I would definitely choose it again when I bring my family.
