Staying at the Crowne Plaza, I stumbled upon Aman Travel Photography. It was such a relief not having to rush around, as the entire photoshoot could be completed right within the hotel. The photographer was excellent at capturing emotions, avoiding stiff poses, and the raw photos already looked fantastic. The makeup artist had great taste too. The whole experience was comfortable and luxurious. I highly recommend it to anyone vacationing here! 🤩

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the city itself is quite small, so nothing is really too far away. The hotel environment is nice, a typical resort-style property. There are plenty of activities at the hotel, which kept the kids happy.

Before coming, I saw reviews mentioning the rooms were old, but for a hotel with some history, I found it acceptable. However, the bathroom door really couldn't close completely, which definitely needs improvement. What I really want to complain about is the breakfast – it was terrible. It felt like the quality you'd get at a hotel costing 333 RMB a night. They had everything visually, but every single item was so perfunctory and tasted awful. In the hot dishes section, I felt like I was eating only vegetarian food. The desserts and bread were equally uninspired and practically inedible. The fruit didn't look very fresh either. For a hotel in the 800-1200 RMB price range, this is really unacceptable. As if the bad breakfast wasn't enough, the dinner buffet was also terrible. In the outdoor grilling area, flies were buzzing around the food with no one supervising it at all... The hotel activities were just barely adequate, but the prices for renting water toys were outrageously expensive. We actually spent 250 RMB just on rentals. While it's voluntary spending, if you offer it, kids are bound to want to play, and the rental prices feel like a rip-off.

Going to Xishuangbanna during the summer holiday isn't ideal, but luckily, the Crowne Plaza Xishuangbanna was a reliable choice. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service was quite good and attentive. What really stood out was the complimentary 'Anman Travel Photography' package. This was my first experience with hotel-provided travel photography, and the staff were very meticulous, confirming the time and shooting details with me in advance. The photographer was great at engaging the kids, and the makeup artist was gentle and thorough. The shooting pace was adjusted to suit the children's schedule, and the hotel's kids' club and garden pathways served as excellent backdrops. They captured candid moments of the children's laughter, and every frame was filled with warmth.

This hotel is perfect for family trips. The kids had a blast playing within the hotel itself. The hygiene and safety measures were top-notch, and the driver for the dedicated airport pick-up service was excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed for several days, and the hotel was beautiful with lots of activities for families. My kids went swimming almost every day. We tried the hotel's photography service, a private car tour, and a Thai spa, and we were very happy with all of them. The hotel's services were also excellent, especially Joe from the front desk, who was incredibly responsive and always ready to help. It was a very pleasant trip.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights and it had everything we needed for food, drinks, and entertainment – the kids absolutely loved it! They went to the swimming pool every day, and we also got to experience the bonfire party. The hotel was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the wet and dry areas in the bathroom were well-separated. Plus, there were two very well-behaved peacocks standing guard in the lobby, which was quite impressive.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Among the three hotels in Sunac Cultural Park, this one has a superior location. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and there's even a bonfire party at the outdoor pool in the evening. Service: The hotel service is excellent, especially JOY and Yalong, who provided a truly welcoming experience. They offered great recommendations for local dining and entertainment spots and gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's special services. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with elegant scenery and distinctive architecture. There are shuttle buggies circulating between the three hotels. In the lobby, white and green peacocks greet guests upon arrival.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's Aman photography service was excellent; the photographer had a great attitude and was very skilled. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options. Highly recommend!
