Pullman Xishuangbanna Resort

The room was incredibly spacious and even had a bathtub. It was very clean overall, with a unique and charming atmosphere. They also had activities in the evenings. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, especially the freshly made rice noodles and sticky rice – absolutely delicious! The pool was also spotless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Assistant Victoria provided excellent service. She upgraded our room and even gave us mosquito repellent sachets. On the day of check-out, she also helped us with a late check-out. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Our stay at Pullman Xishuangbanna far exceeded expectations, and I have to sing its praises! Before we even arrived, our butler, Victorie, proactively reached out to ask about our preferences and needs. Knowing we had a baby, she had a bed rail installed in the room early on, which was incredibly baby-friendly! I've stayed at many family-friendly hotels before, and it's rare for them to proactively provide bed rails, so this really touched our hearts. Before check-in, she also thoughtfully prepared mosquito repellent packets, offered complimentary drinks, and arranged our airport pick-up. As soon as our flight landed, we received a message from the butler, and to our surprise, our room was upgraded! All the fatigue from our journey instantly disappeared. We were traveling with family, including young children and seniors, and had barely planned anything in advance. Our butler, Victoria, proactively checked in every day about our plans for the next day, patiently shared sightseeing tips, recommended local restaurants, and even helped us plan our itineraries. She was like a walking encyclopedia, always ready to answer any questions. The communication felt relaxed and comfortable, like chatting with a friend, making the entire trip worry-free and delightful. The service from all the hotel staff was incredibly sincere and thoughtful. The staff at the Chinese restaurant were attentive and caring. The doormen at the entrance always opened the car doors and helped with luggage whenever we arrived or departed. Seeing our energetic child, they would even gently carry him to a safe area away from traffic, showing great attention to detail and providing a strong sense of security. In the evening, the hotel's Dai dance party had a wonderful atmosphere – lively and fun, and the children absolutely loved it. On the plane ride home, our family already agreed that on our next trip to Xishuangbanna, we will definitely choose to stay at Pullman again!

The Pullman Xishuangbanna Accor Resort is definitely worth a stay, especially if you're traveling with kids, as they offer plenty of family-friendly activities. The complimentary milk tea travel photography experience exceeded our expectations. You get to choose 5 photos for free and even receive a short video. The photoshoot took place in the hotel gardens, which were beautiful, uncrowded, and peaceful. The photographer was excellent at finding angles and capturing the light, and the photos were ready quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Our vacation experience was fantastic! The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable with great bedding. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the 'little assistant' Jane was quick to respond. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. It's definitely our top choice for a holiday and worth a five-star recommendation. We'll be back again!

This place is perfect for families with kids! They have three pools, lots of small animals, and even various craft activities. My kids didn't want to leave. There's also a bonfire party at night, which was really worth it!

The Pullman Xishuangbanna is a great hotel, perfect for families with kids. They offer many parent-child activities. The hotel provides a complimentary Dai-style photoshoot where you can choose 5 free photos and also get a short video. It's the #MilkTeaTravelShoot located within the hotel grounds. The shoot takes place in the hotel's gardens, so it's not too crowded, the scenery is beautiful, and it's quite efficient. The photographer did an excellent job, and was very skilled at finding good lighting and angles!

I originally booked a family two-bedroom suite, but the hotel upgraded me to a room with a living room, which was perfect for a family of five. The service was excellent; a butler added me on WeChat even before check-in and proactively offered recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The hotel breakfast was very rich, and although there were many people, everything was well-organized. The kids had a great time at the bonfire party. Taxis to various attractions were also very convenient.

This summer, we took our child to Xishuangbanna, and the hotel we stayed at truly immersed us in the rich tropical charm of Southeast Asia 🌴. The entire hotel is nestled amongst lush rainforest greenery 🍃. Dai-style buildings are scattered throughout, and tropical flowers and trees are everywhere, making it feel like a hidden gem in Southeast Asia. Every photo we took turned out beautifully 📷. The massive outdoor pool was our child's happy place. They dove right in and splashed around to their heart's content 💦. There was even a bubble show battle 🫧, full of energy and fun! 💗 The accompanying dopamine-inducing children's play facilities were excellent, including a sandpit and various play areas. The kids could let loose and burn off energy, freeing up tired parents' hands! 👏 I must commend the hotel breakfast. The variety was exceptional, with Chinese and Western dishes, fresh tropical fruits, and authentic Dai snacks all available. The food tasted great, and both adults and children could find something they loved. We could truly enjoy our vacation right at the hotel, surrounded by greenery 🍃, listening to the rustling of leaves in the wind. We swam 💦, did handicrafts 👏, shot arrows 🏹, took beautiful photos 📷, and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts. This is what a comfortable and relaxed family trip should look like!
