Anna's service was excellent! She was very responsive to any questions or issues. The environment is beautiful, with a peacock garden and an orchard. They offer a shuttle service, which makes it very convenient to get around. It's a great place to explore and perfect for a vacation!

Perfect for family trips! The butler was very attentive, and the hotel even offered a dragon fruit picking experience. Breakfast had a great variety, the room was very clean, and the hotel environment was lovely and peaceful with not too many people. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool.

The hotel's ambiance is absolutely amazing! It's so quiet, with a pleasant temperature and low humidity, making for a really comfortable stay. The greenery is incredible; it truly feels like living in nature, and bonus, no mosquitoes or bugs! 👍 The staff are also super enthusiastic and helpful. Plus, the hotel offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, and the pictures turned out fantastic – much better than anything we could have taken ourselves.

My overall stay was excellent. The cleanliness was meticulous; the desk, floor, and bathroom were all spotless and odor-free. The facilities were complete and functional, with plenty of hot water and a quiet, non-disruptive air conditioner. The staff were gentle and considerate, responding promptly to my needs. The location is convenient, quiet, and not noisy, ensuring an undisturbed rest. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The environment here is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic. This hotel is perfect for just chilling out. The service attitude is excellent, especially the pick-up driver who was incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastically introduced local tours and attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room came with its own pool and courtyard, offering excellent privacy. Our butler, AMei, was very responsive and provided thoughtful, attentive service. The front desk even upgraded our room type for free, which made the experience fantastic 🥰. The only downside was the hotel's food, which was just mediocre.

Came to Xishuangbanna with my family and chose the Wanda Vista Resort. The room was spacious, clean, and odorless. The hotel environment was quiet, so we had a great rest. The guest relations officer, Amei, was friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience, perfect for a family stay.

The hotel environment is great, and I didn't see any bugs in the room. It felt like I didn't even need to go to the botanical garden! The butler, AMEI, provided excellent service; she even responded instantly when I forgot my room card in the middle of the night.

The room was great, and the facilities were quite new. When there was an issue with the TV, someone quickly responded and fixed it. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, including stir-fried mushrooms, which I felt very comfortable eating here since I wouldn't dare try them elsewhere. The travel photography service was also fantastic; both the stylist and photographer were very patient.
