Three Children Art Hotel Reviews

The hotel is located at a very convenient location and the staffs are quite professional. It has a large gym, which regrettably I did not make use of and I remember the pool wasn’t heated. The air condition only works when the balcony door is tightly shut, which we found to be slightly difficult to shut.

The environment and location are both excellent. This is my third time staying at this standalone hotel. I booked two rooms and they were thoughtfully arranged next to each other. The front desk staff were very proactive and helpful in fulfilling our room requests. The breakfast was plentiful, the environment was clean and hygienic, and the staff were very friendly and well-organized, even with a crowd.

The room was generally quite clean, and there's a balcony outside with a nice night view. It's also super convenient to get around. The only downside is the washing machine – it broke down twice when I tried to use it, which was a real time-waster. The customer service lady was very warm and enthusiastic. We had kids with us, and she even extended our check-out time until 2 PM, which was a nice touch.

I originally booked for just one night, but I felt the environment, dining, and service were all exceptionally friendly, so I postponed my travel plans and booked an additional night. The coffee at breakfast was excellent; Mr. Gong, who was in charge of breakfast, mentioned it was locally sourced. I even took a photo! When we checked out, the handsome front desk staff even helped us carry our luggage to the car, even though it had been a few minutes since we checked out. The hospitality here is amazing; next time I'm in Xishuangbanna, I'll definitely stay at Siruiqiu again.

This hotel features an independent building design and is perfectly located in Gaozhuang, making it incredibly convenient for dining and starting tours from the tourist distribution center. Being on a higher floor, it's wonderfully quiet. The service is on par with a star-rated hotel; I came during the off-season and they even upgraded my room. The bathroom was huge, and the view was particularly expansive. Adding breakfast was also very easy. When I was leaving, a staff member even thoughtfully helped me with my luggage! I usually don't bother writing reviews, but this place genuinely deserves it. If I get the chance to return, I'll definitely stay here again!

The room environment is exceptionally good and quite spacious, larger than most business hotels. It's also fully equipped with facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and laundry room. The price isn't too expensive, offering great value for money.

Good location

I went to Xishuangbanna for business and stayed in Three Children Art Hotel. I was so impressed with hospitality of the staffs. Tourist (from domestic other countries) should be careful that English cannot be used in Xishuangbanna. It was same in the hotel. However, they tried to communicate with me by using translation of their cellphones. They also helped me to take a taxi when I leave to Xishuangbanna airport (20 or30 min from the hotel). Thanks to their many helps, I had great time in Xishuangbanna. Room is clean. Scenery from the room and location are also perfect. I had no complain about this hotel. I strongly recommend foreign tourists to stay in this hotel. By the way, the night market is so beautiful. I`ll come again there. Many thanks.

Nice hotel with everything you need. The bedroom is clean and beds are comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast. The pool is really nice to relax. Staffs are really kind and polite.

The Three Children Art hotel is in an amazing location! The hotel is in walking distance of all the major night markets and tons to see and do in the evenings. The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to help, regardless of the language barrier. The breakfast was a little basic, but okay for something familiar and Western to eat in the mornings. Overall I had an excellent stay, highly recommend!

The hotel facilities were outdated and the layout was rather odd. Being my first time in Xishuangbanna, I had no experience and decided to change accommodations the next day.

The room's air conditioning was on, and I was woken up by the heat. I called to find out I had to close the window to keep warm. There was no notification during check-in, which severely disrupted my sleep. The toiletries were terrible; brushing my teeth felt like using a steel wool brush, and I even bled. As someone who travels frequently, this hotel's landline is the only one I've encountered that's so unusual – it can only be used by the hotel and front desk, not by anyone else. That's ridiculous!
