Let's start with the highlights: Most hotels have pools, but this one is covered, which is really important because it's either raining or scorching hot here. Open-air pools are often just for show. My kids made a lot of friends swimming in the evenings. Another plus is that most rooms are smart homes, meeting modern guests' needs, and the decor is great – my kids loved it too. Third, the service is excellent, with a butler service so you never have trouble finding staff, and all reasonable requests are met immediately. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by popular Instagrammable spots and shops, just a two to three-minute walk from the Starlight Night Market. Finally, a small suggestion: pay attention to details. After cleaning the room daily, always double-check thoroughly instead of waiting for guests to find issues. However, the issues were handled very promptly, which is commendable.

The hotel's soundproofing was decent. You could sit on the balcony and have tea. The breakfast noodles were quite tasty. There's a pool and a lounge area on the first floor. It's also conveniently located for getting around.

The room was very clean and fully smart-equipped. It's right next to the Starlight Night Market, making it super convenient for shopping and eating. The only downside is parking isn't that convenient; you need to ask the front desk about parking beforehand.

From the online communication after booking to the polite tone of the airport pick-up driver and the on-site staff, everything was top-notch. 2: The environment truly gives off a 'small but perfectly formed' vibe. For example, the room features a smart control system and is decorated in a photogenic bright, creamy style. The pool is definitely the highlight, creating a fantastic vacation atmosphere with both a 1.5-meter deep section and a shallow kids' pool. And then there's the breakfast – it's on par with a five-star hotel, just with a slightly smaller selection.

The room was clean, conveniently located, quiet at night, and smart.

The room facilities are great, clean and hygienic, and the location is convenient. This is my second stay, and I'd choose it again and again!

This was my first time in Xishuangbanna, and I booked a five-day, four-night stay. The hotel's location is excellent, just about 200 meters from the Starlight Night Market, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night. The soundproofing is also quite good. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and an electric scooter rental shop just 20 meters away, making shopping and getting around very convenient. The room facilities are new and well-maintained, and there's even an indoor pool to enjoy.
