Great location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

A nice resort hotel trying hard to provide facilities for families especially. Outdoor swimming pool is still under renovation. The view from the room has a massive construction site with some noise. Food at all day dining was good and replenished despite holiday masses jostling for food. About a 20rmb taxi drive to main tourist area. Room is comfortable and has standard amenities Byredo Blanche bath products.

I stayed in Xishuangbanna for four days. I stayed at this hotel on the last day. I still prefer the heart-warming service of a five-star hotel compared to an online celebrity hotel. The staff member Zoe called me the day before check-in to ask if there were any children staying with me. She also made a thoughtful inquiry According to my personal preference, I helped to book the free photo provided by the hotel. I didn't make an appointment for a photo for personal reasons, but this hotel is the first choice for bringing children! Quiet, well rested, afraid of mosquito bites, and thoughtfully prepared grass ointment, and there are peacocks in the hotel lobby 🦚, they are real peacocks! You can also experience handmade DIY non-heritage inheritance projects! Anyway, spending a day at the hotel is no problem at all! The swimming pool photo is also very good! I am very satisfied with this stay. The thoughtfulness of the staff, Ms. Zoe, made me even more satisfied with the hotel! I will choose to live here again next time.

The check in was smooth. Having booked a club room meant breakfast was a quieter experience and we had somewhere other than our room to chill out in if we wanted. Anthony was great because he spoke excellent English (a female colleague also offered lots of help in English but I'm sorry I didn't take her name) The rooms were always clean, the bed very comfortable and a good bath to relax in after busy days exploring. The balcony was good but our room didn't get any direct sunshine so was a little chilly. The hot springs was really relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed! It would be better to have some information in the room about times, locations, amenities etc as we had to ask about shuttle bus services, etc etc. The lounge needed more staff at peak times but we did stay during a peak season...

The hotel facilities are small, exquisite, humanized and reasonable. The curtains are automatic, and the faucet for bathing is very large. It is very comfortable to take a bath, especially the garden-shaped balcony has a very large space and is comfortable for viewing. The balcony also designed a shelf for drying clothes and water for passengers. Doo, I think it's great. The sanitation is also very clean, the service attitude is also very good, and free drop-off service is provided. In short, the two elderly people stayed in the hotel for two nights during their vacation. It is not far from the Xingguang Night Market, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating nearby.

The boss is super enthusiastic and the explanation is in place. Airport pick-up service is also provided. Make an appointment one day in advance, and the driver will contact the pick-up station. The most attractive thing about the hotel is the swimming pool, which has a cute shape and a water level of 1.4-1.7 suitable for adults and children. There is also a children's pool for small children. There are also a lot of swimming rings. Children like yellow ducks. As soon as they arrive at the inn, they are in the pool. The best thing about the room is that it has a balcony, where you can cool your clothes, play with your children, chat with your husband here at night, have a small world of two, and overlook the swimming pool. The disadvantage is that the bathroom facilities are too simple and old, which reduces the overall feeling.

Hotel is in a good location. Many little bars and restaurants nearby and easy to find. Convenience located right outside and open late. The staff here don't speak any English, but not really too much of a problem. Had made contact with hotel before we arrived and they kindly arranged a driver to collect is from airport for free. Also arranged a driver for the following day to take us to several attractions. This was just 300¥ for whole day and well worth it. Great service! The room was comfortable and bed was good. Nice terraced balcony also. The hotel allowed us to wash out clothes for free too. Only downsides were breakfast, the bathtub and swimming pool. The breakfast was very basic and offered no tea or coffee unfortunately. The bathtub leaked over the floor in the bathroom. Also, the swimming pool was too cold and not able to swim in the freezing water. However, I would come back again as I enjoyed the hotel and the value for money it offered.

What can I say? We picked this hotel for the price and the pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool is closed for CoVid yet every other hotel had their pools open. Then we went investigating and the pool area was like an apocalyptic nightmare. People were smoking on our nonsmoking floor. None of the extra activities listed in the hotel’s details like KTV, bowling, spa, peacock garden, etc were available or were nonexistent. The room itself was comfortable. Good beds. Good pillows. Nice view. The biggest bonus this hotel gets is they delivered ice to our room every night. Breakfast was also acceptable with some western options and the Chinese options were good.
