Made a last-minute decision to extend a night in Xishuangbanna and booked a stay at the Yunman Starry Sky Cliff Panoramic Resort Hotel. Let me start with the positives! The view is absolutely nice, and the room is spacious enough. A major highlight was the staff, particularly 阿沐 (A Mu), who was very helpful and prompt to respond. He efficiently managed to find a solution for our situation, which we truly appreciated. The amenities are a good value: a breakfast buffet is provided, and there's a lovely afternoon tea. The food is not bad overall. While the location seems good on the map, it is a little difficult getting there in reality. However, our stay was marred by a few significant issues: 1. We used the laundry & drying service, but unfortunately, some of our lighter color clothes came back with color stains. This was very disappointing. 2. The bathroom light wasn't working. We contacted the front desk a few times, and while they mentioned they would send someone up, no one ever came. A stay of contrasting experiences—excellent service from one staff member and great views, but let down by follow-through on maintenance and services.

Amazing place even it is the low season now, so convenient, clean and also great helping staff. Totally recommended, the rooms are spacious and have all the amenities needed for a great stay. Totally recommended I will surely be back soon again.

Choosing the Adaman Hotel by Mingyoo Li Cheng was absolutely the best decision I made for this Xishuangbanna trip. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the corridors enveloped in tropical greenery, exuding an exotic vibe. Every snapshot I took turned into a stunning, atmospheric photo. The room was spacious and cozy, with smart controls throughout, making everything super convenient. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep every night. The location is also fantastic – close to the airport, which makes getting around a breeze. Whether you want to escape the crowds for some peaceful time or explore Xishuangbanna's beautiful sights, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xishuangbanna!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is very close to the train station, which made it super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially loved the swimming pool and the gym, perfect for relaxing or getting a quick workout in. Everything was well maintained, quiet, and pleasant. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Xishuangbanna!

Family hotel conveniently located near the nightmarket. Huge pool and buffet breakfast with a view. Room was tidy.

This hotel is excellent, with very complete facilities. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room, a gym, a yoga room, a billiards room, and a swimming pool. There's also a children's playground if you're traveling with children. The hotel service is also very good; Xiao Qiu's service attitude was excellent. Very satisfied! [Thumbs up]

Staying at the Yifei Hotel on this trip was truly a pleasant surprise! Upon entering the hotel, the ambiance was stunning, with a simple yet stylish decor. The lobby was spacious, bright, and warmly decorated, instantly relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean, with new amenities, comfortable bedding, and convenient smart devices. The view from the window was also beautiful, with a wide, relaxing vista. The service was impeccable. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was warm and attentive, answering every question and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. During our stay, any items we needed were promptly delivered to our room, a highly responsive experience. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff promptly cleared the table, and the dining environment was comfortable. I highly recommend the Yifei Hotel and will definitely stay there again!

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel was very nice, good facilities for kids, nice big rooms, decent food, and good service.

The boss and the little girl at the front desk are very enthusiastic! Just a few minutes away is the Starlight Night Market! Great location, no traffic jams! We went to the Dai Garden to experience the Water Splashing Festival, and the boss even lent us two pots, saving us money on buying pots!
