房間設施服務均一流，保潔阿姨四點下班的速度也是相當效率，體現貴酒店對員工也是十分體恤。如因為住客出門臨近保潔下班時間，那大可不必打掃，但既然選擇進入房間更換毛巾與在牀頭櫃下放置新拖鞋，又為何對牀頭櫃旁的垃圾置之不理呢？以及床頭櫃上為什麼兩夜都沒有紙巾又是為何？放置在床上的更換床上用品的牌子更是形同虛設。貴酒店免費升級房型令人欣喜，雖不知貴酒店對保潔方面的要求如何，但希望貴酒店更加註重住客的體驗。
