Friendly staff and modern facilities, with a nearby convenience store. However, there isn’t much within walking distance for activities outside the area.

這次入住真的被這家酒店圈粉了！一進大廳就被熱情的服務打動，前台小羅不僅笑容甜美，還貼心幫我們免費升級了房型，房間寬敞舒適，設施一應俱全。更驚喜的是24小時免費洗衣烘乾服務，對於長途旅行的人來説太友好了！酒店還配備了免費的健身房和桌球室，休閑娛樂完全不用愁～ 早餐更是豐盛到讓人選擇困難，樣樣新鮮美味，吃得好滿足！大廳的水果茶也超讚，清爽解暑，細節處處體現酒店的用心。 性價比超高，服務周到，設施齊全，下次來一定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦朋友們！

成都回上海路過歇腳，選擇了歷史名城荊門，寵物友好酒店不多，比較下來定了這家。整體很滿意，下高速不用走多遠，在工業區和城區交界的位置，不會很喧鬧。酒店很新，應該開業沒多久，也沒多大裝修味道，可以接受。停車方便，地面地下位置有的是。房間乾淨整潔，面積大，輕奢風，衞浴都是防滑地磚，用心了。電視看直播和投屏都很方便。一樓有健身房和自助洗衣房。特別值得一提的是，餐廳旁邊有個小門，可以直通後面的小區，裏面有花園和大草坪，非常適合遛狗！還有前台的兩個小姑娘也太可愛了叭，一直笑的合不攏嘴的，太能提供情緒價值了。五星推薦帶狗人士入住。唯一建議就是餐廳咖啡機該換換了。

前台瓜瓜服務很奈斯，熱情服務微笑待人，主動介紹服務與設施，酒店環境安靜怡人，不光有免費桌球廳健身房，而且二樓就是早餐廳，以荊門本幫菜為主，一個人也能吃的很好，關鍵價格是真的很平民，特別推薦!整體裝修大氣舒適，房間的慕思床墊柔軟有彈性，還有漢斯格雅的浴具，都體現了酒店的用心之處，休息的也很好，很難得遇到這麼合我心意的酒店!

從南方自駕途徑休息選擇了荊門，從網上看了評價很高，就定了這個酒店。大廳裝飾很時尚優雅，還配有幾種茶水飲料水果，接待我們的前台服務員小戴很熱情，服務很周到，我們想安靜一點的房間，免費給我們升級了房間，房間整潔乾淨結構設計合計，床品舒服，很喜歡！二樓餐廳菜品做的色香味俱全，關鍵價格很平民，特別推薦！有一種特別的感覺，就是不管是酒店還是餐廳的每個服務人員都是發自內心的為顧客服務，這一點很難得！

酒店房間很乾凈，有洗衣房，早餐也不錯，早餐牛肉粉挺好吃。前廳服務員、洗衣房服務員態度都很耐心周到，特別是前廳部小羅。美中不足的是攜程上説房間有冰箱，實際沒有；另外淋浴房外面就是開放式洗手池區域，洗澡穿脱衣服很沒私隱，建議在洗手池區與卧室之間加布簾隔斷。

服務態度很好，笑臉相迎，主動打招呼。上午打電話詢問幾點到。房間大而且乾淨，看了房後，按自己想法換了房間。早餐豐富，牛肉麪味道挺好，退房時前台還贈送了兩瓶礦泉水。酒店配了咖啡機，服務員示範了怎麼使用咖啡機，酒店送了兩瓶娃哈哈AD鈣奶，四瓶礦泉水，在前台還有免費的水果和烤紅薯吃，性價比高。
