The location of this hotel is very convenient in the city center, the parking lot is also large and there are charging piles that are very friendly to friends with trams. I just came over directly from the high speed. The hotel room is also very spacious, although the decoration is not very stylish but very comfortable, health is also OK. Jingmen Haiyi Hotel is very good! The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making people feel like spring breeze. This time I lived with my boyfriend, the experience was really good! The young lady at the front desk was very gentle. When checking in, she also reminded us to open the air conditioner and remember to close the window. It felt very warm. The front desk service is particularly good. Although it is the first time to stay, it really feels quite good. First of all, I checked in with a self-service machine. I didn't bring my ID card, so I could brush my face. Secondly. I also poured tea for me to drink. It happened to be my favorite red dates and longan tea. Then the room was much better than I thought. First of all, it was very clean and there was no smell. The room was really big. After I checked in, there was something sent by the robot at the front desk. I thought it was a takeaway. I didn't expect to give me the fruit snack. Very good. The last two most important points are that the breakfast is delicious. His beef noodles, I like to eat spicy, facing my appetite, here is also very close to the high-speed rail station, 20 minutes to arrive.

GGuest UserThis stay was great! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk greeted us warmly and poured us a cup of hot tea. The front desk checked us in quickly and considerately, and also introduced the hotel's services in detail. Any needs were responded to quickly, the room environment was impeccable, cleaned spotlessly, warmly decorated, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel’s good night porridge is also good. If the weather is cold and you don’t want to go out to eat, you can eat it in the hotel lobby and you can still be very full!

GGuest User這次帶6歲女兒從武漢自駕來荊門玩，在油菜花田附近偶然發現了這家酒店，體驗完真的想原地寫個五星好評！我們是下午三點到店時，停車場居然就在酒店正門口，車位特別寬敞，非常好停車，拖着行李車帶娃完全不用繞路。前台的美女小姐姐看我抱着孩子，還幫忙把小孩的東西還有行李推車搬上樓，。登記時主動詢問需不需要小童用品，給我們送了小童牙刷和拖鞋質量都很好，包括大廳還有小零食和免費的烤紅薯，很少見酒店有烤紅薯的（巨甜無比）
最驚喜的是洗衣房居然能免費洗烘衣服——這對帶娃出門的人來説太重要了！晚上在二樓的中餐廳吃飯（味道挺好的），但是女兒的小圍兜上沾了菜蠻臟，剛好讓服務員幫忙處理了，油污比較嚴重，哇塞哇塞真的沒想到阿姨還專門手洗了一遍，洗好了之後還專門幫忙送過來（拿過來衣服還是熱的！）。
很久沒有遇到這麼符合親子出行的酒店了，包括出行也特別方便，已經推薦給周圍的寶媽寶爸了！這樣的好酒店值得N刷！（附贈兩張酒店旁邊油菜花的美照！）

GGuest UserThe room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

LLove ShrewsburyWow. Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Lavande Hotel in Jingmen. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The reception staff always had a nice smile for you each time we left the hotel and returned. Our room included breakfast which was really nice and sufficient until lunch time. The room maid was also lovely who we spoke with a few times. Overall a really nice stay and I would definitely return next time we are in Jingmen. Thankyou.

XXiaochanI drove from Wuhan with my family of 5 on the weekend and booked a villa with its own bathing pool in Poxin Tangyuan.
When we arrived at the destination, I just wanted to say that this hotel is really suitable for a family self-driving trip.
It only takes less than 2 hours to drive from Wuhan. The whole journey is almost on the expressway, and you will arrive soon after getting off the expressway.
The hotel is very new, and the staff's service attitude is also very good. Since I arrived early and it was not check-in time yet, I had a full breakfast, so I didn't really feel like having lunch at noon, so I sat and rested in the lobby.
The staff came over from time to time to explain the progress of the room cleaning and apologized all the time, which made me feel embarrassed.
The front desk also specially gave my daughter a small gift of stickers, and she liked it very much.
To be precise, Poxin Tangyuan is a small detached house with two bedrooms and one living room, a yard at the front and back, and a private bath. You can bathe without leaving home, so our family did not go to the public bathing pool.
And the most nice thing is that the private hot water in the room has no time limit, which is very impressive! The water output is also very large, and a pool of water can be filled in about half an hour. The temperature is also very high, so you don't have to worry about it getting cold after a while.
(I have stayed in a garden room with a private bath in a hot spring hotel in Chibi before, but the hot water supply is only available for 2-3 hours a day. This comparison seems too stingy)
The bathroom was kept very clean, and a fruit plate was offered as a gift. There was also a mahjong machine in the room, and grandpa had a great time playing with the children.
It only takes 5-10 minutes to drive to the street to eat. It is very close and convenient to a famous duck restaurant in Jingshan.
I will definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends, and will come again when the weather gets cold in winter!

SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
