優點:酒店很新，酒店服務人員訓練有素，服務很好。早餐豐富，在五一期間客流量突然增大的時候早餐及時整理補餐，幾乎沒有餐品斷供的時候，客人進來也都能找到座位，管理的井井有條。臨時需要牙線酒店沒有，工作人員很熱情把自己的拿給我們用。
缺點:距離馬路太近了， 如果睡覺很輕的話可能會有影響。建議酒店準備耳塞給客人備用。

酒店位於景寧城市郊區，離市中心還有一段距離。江對岸是畲鄉古城，步行過去也不遠。自駕還是蠻方便的，停車也方便。工作人員態度很好。早餐也很不錯。房間隔音稍差，打掃房間衞生的服務員工作不夠細緻，桌上使用過的火柴盒沒清理掉，馬桶墊上也有少許污漬。好在我們帶了酒精濕紙，自己擦擦乾淨就行。希望酒店能改進。

前台王X婷的一位小姐姐服務超級好。剛進酒店就有保安大叔指引停車，告知酒店前台。前台小姐姐也很熱情，因為當天入住比較晚，晚上八九點才入住，小姐姐免費升了套房，房間很大。早餐也很豐富。入住很舒適，性價比很高。下次還會回來。

房間比較大，比較乾淨，設施比較新，床睡得比較舒服，衞生間和淋浴間分開，這點比較好，酒店早飯還算齊全，早上還有烏米飯，我和朋友都挺喜歡吃的，

天元瑞泊酒店客房裝修富有畲族風格，前台美女也訓練有素，客房設施齊全比較完善，酒店與畲族古城隔河相望，這次趕上了雨雪天氣，周邊有雨雪氣温比較低，在酒店多住了一天。
