衞生很差，地上一層灰，像是很久沒人住了，一樓黴味很重。晚上直接沒有水用，不能洗漱，衹能直接睡了，簡直無語。最恐怖的是屋子裡竟然有蝙蝠，太恐怖了，管家一直要打電話找，很久才有人來處理。這輩子住過最無語的地方。

沒想到能住到瓦氏夫人的舊居，房間佈置的非常雅緻，精美，應該是整個舊州老街最豪華的房子了，樓下有公共茶室可以喝茶，房間門口也有桌椅可以聊天，住的很舒服！可能是剛下完雨稍微有點潮濕，房子在博物館內，早上本應該很安靜，可是隔壁有雞叫早早吵醒，也和民宿沒關係。整體來説，除了房間略微小一些，整體感覺都很好，門口還給我安排了停車位和慢充，很方便！

要重批評下民宿的一次性白色拖鞋，非常劣質，一點不防滑，洗完澡差點滑倒，然後早上下樓，暴雨天，在樓梯拐角處重重摔了一跤，差點骨折，樓梯瓷磚不防滑，樓梯也沒有防滑提醒標記，這如果是長者入住，真的要骨折……
另外一樓房間有蜘蛛網，打掃不徹底，一樓衞生間下雨天漏水……
這麼貴的民宿不含早餐，客服衹能打電話溝通，不在入住的地方，然後很冷清
我感覺老闆沒有很用心為客户着想，整體感受很差，不推薦入住

古香古色—為了突出這一風格，有些東西就不得不捨棄。如果你對這種風格感興趣，並且在鵝泉和通靈大峽谷有行程，那他家絕對是首選了。

在小村裡算是外觀比較好的房間了，但是衞生情況不容樂觀，一開始一間馬桶是壞的，抽水後不往下沖反而在馬桶後面冒出來，換了一間後淋浴室玻璃牆底部不密封，洗完澡往外漫水，衞生間裏一塌糊塗
大家謹慎選擇，避坑吧
