前台小吳熱情專業，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。客房更是沒話説，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪柔軟舒適，我舒舒服服睡了個好覺。浴室乾濕分離，衞生打掃得一塵不染，洗漱用品品質也很高。酒店的早餐豐富多樣，口味超讚。餐廳服務員態度親切，及時幫忙收拾餐盤。而且酒店位置便利，出行很方便。

酒店位置挺好的，採光通風也好，附近吃的也很近，到龍潭濕地公園800米左右，吃完飯很多人去那裡散步，應該是本地人多，很有煙火氣息，前台姑娘很熱情，外出時很貼心的提醒我們帶外套，早晚温差確實有點大 #小張

早餐太差，旅行團很多，菜補的也很慢，而且肉菜不補，衹補素菜。八點去就衹能吃剩飯。洗衣房洗衣機時間根本不一致，app提示不能用，按時間取衣服被人拿出來。套房不知道為什麼在電梯口，有的人沒素質在門口吵吵鬧鬧，非常吵。地庫停車有人沒素質不停車位裏！導致停車出去都不方便！因為停車場很小，又是直角口，和前台説了也沒人管！第二天那輛車才走！開車不建議去。

比起之前南寧訂的酒店這裏真是好太多了，前台很熱情專業。還給了高樓層，視野特別好。房間有問題打電話給前台很快就派了阿姨來解決。
設施也很新，衹是智能控制有時不是很靈，但基本大部分酒店都如此。另外就是這個房間洗澡熱水會有規律的冷熱交替…當然它不會特別涼，但洗澡還是感覺很奇怪，當然水量很大很好。
另外就是房間安靜時候總能聽見時不時的咚咚聲，不知是不是電梯響希望排查一下。對於睡眠輕的人可能會有一些影像

這次入住真的讓我感到非常滿意！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，工作人員的熱情接待就讓我倍感温馨。前台的服務非常專業，辦理入住手續迅速，還貼心地為我升級了房型，真的非常感謝！
房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格典雅大氣，設施一應俱全，尤其是床品非常舒適，睡得很香。浴室乾淨整潔，熱水充足，洗浴用品品質也很高。每天的房間清潔服務都非常細緻，細節處理得很到位。

酒店新，房間設施可以的。早餐豐富，用餐環境也不錯。13樓露台設計不錯。住店停車不方便。車停在馬路邊覺不安，第二天可停在車庫（車位很少），離開時逢婚禮車隊堵在車庫出入口多時，沒有服務人員引導解釋。房間內有味道（據説是前前住客吃食留下），雖經放空氣凈化器補救，散味很慢。客房服務人員新招的，明顯訓練不到位，上崗倉促。入住告知連住享受了升級待遇，再查訂單房型其實就在預訂的房型範圍內型。

房間新裝修，風格不錯，達到五星級標準，家庭房兩個衞生間對於一家四口很方便，床品枕頭很舒服，早餐炒菜很多。酒店唯一不滿意的地方是電梯，一共13層才配置一部電梯，而且是工作服務人員一起共用，很不方便，最離譜就是還壞了一次，沒辦法衹能9層步行上下了一次。

酒店很好找前台服務很熱情，前台主管帶我們看房的時候介紹很耐心很詳細，早餐種類豐富，對周邊吃喝玩樂都給了很好的建議，而且都在酒店一公里左右的範圍，酒店也很新，位置也好找，非常推薦！
