靖西怡程酒店位置比較好，酒店周邊有停車位，熱情的保安大哥主動幫忙拿行李，客服態度熱情接待，房間乾淨衞生整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，床上用品乾淨舒服，早餐品種豐富味道好。

這次入住真的讓我感到非常滿意！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，工作人員的熱情接待就讓我倍感温馨。前台的服務非常專業，辦理入住手續迅速，還貼心地為我升級了房型，真的非常感謝！
房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格典雅大氣，設施一應俱全，尤其是床品非常舒適，睡得很香。浴室乾淨整潔，熱水充足，洗浴用品品質也很高。每天的房間清潔服務都非常細緻，細節處理得很到位。

酒店新，房間設施可以的。早餐豐富，用餐環境也不錯。13樓露台設計不錯。住店停車不方便。車停在馬路邊覺不安，第二天可停在車庫（車位很少），離開時逢婚禮車隊堵在車庫出入口多時，沒有服務人員引導解釋。房間內有味道（據説是前前住客吃食留下），雖經放空氣凈化器補救，散味很慢。客房服務人員新招的，明顯訓練不到位，上崗倉促。入住告知連住享受了升級待遇，再查訂單房型其實就在預訂的房型範圍內型。

房間新裝修，風格不錯，達到五星級標準，家庭房兩個衞生間對於一家四口很方便，床品枕頭很舒服，早餐炒菜很多。酒店唯一不滿意的地方是電梯，一共13層才配置一部電梯，而且是工作服務人員一起共用，很不方便，最離譜就是還壞了一次，沒辦法衹能9層步行上下了一次。

定的房間給的是標準範圍內的最差房型，4樓窗户正對別人的民宅。不提供擦鞋巾，用小方巾擦了點泥，還收額外收臟污費，第一次碰到這樣的酒店。停車超級不方便。整個酒店就一台電梯，侯梯要等10多分鐘。直接導致後面都步行下樓。
