晚上22點多費半天勁找到地址，前台衹顧和別人討論入住問題，在我的詢問下另一位前台才給辦的入住，拿鼻子看人。問她一次問題根本沒聽到，必須要重複再問一句！剛到房間大半夜打來電話問房間衞生怎麼樣？看評分高隨手訂的房間，很失望！最近幾年入住最差勁的酒店，可能是房費太便宜吧，根本沒有服務！位置難找，服務差勁，早餐的姐姐和前台難道不是一個單位的嗎？他們的服務真的很棒。今天蘭州差一點也訂你們這個酒店，避雷避坑吧。早上九點多退房的時候前台可能換人了，挺好的。房間隔音很差勁，像欠她八百萬似的，第一次遇到這樣的人！！！影響了一天得心情

酒店住着很舒適，設施設備完善，1樓有咖啡機，小姐姐可以免費幫忙打咖啡，房間乾淨整潔，有智能小度，很方便，20樓還有洗衣房，在住期間都是酒店提供的洗衣服務，解決了我的很多不便，真的很舒服，每一次入住體驗感都非常好，推薦大家可以過來試試，也希望店家生意興隆！
