超滿意 很好住，住了4天明天都有保潔打掃 很乾凈舒服，前台服務好，酒店每天晚上送的水果也很甜 早點也好吃。下次來還住👍👍👍

第一次路過靖州，下高速到酒店還蠻方便，位置不錯，有免費停車場，就是酒店太舊了，房間設施也比較老舊了，價格相對還不便宜，

最不滿意的就是空調 搞箇中央空調在那裡不能單獨控制 前兩天二三十度的温度大熱天的想開個製冷都開不了 房間裏面悶的要死 花了兩百多塊錢住的酒店沒見過這麼垃圾的 進去沒兩個小時直接走人另外去開了一家酒店.

酒店在下高速後進城的大道旁，往靖州法治文化公園方向街對面飲食店較多，房內設施齊全，服務態度好，有地下車庫，早餐一般。

和朋友去打麻將開了一間麻將房，房間格局和佈局都很不錯，而且酒店安排得也很周到，麻將房人多放的垃圾桶也是超大號的。

衞生間的門關不上。充電線要掃碼才能用，找總枱問，要我用掃碼的充電寶。後來又打電話。問我要充電線嗎？告訴總枱要，就是不見送來。總枱一共打了三個電話，説送充電線來，就是不見有人來送。隔一個多小時，打一個電話，不送線，還不要我睡覺，是吧！這樣的服務，太差。怎麼能收 291元。

出差來住，床頭能看到小蜘蛛。整體感覺有點破舊
中午還沒來得及退房想着休息一下睡個午覺，剛睡醒一點鐘酒店前台就打電話來催退房。一點五十又打了電話催退房。出差那麼多酒店這次體驗感最差好像被逼着退房一樣。不會有下一次體驗了
