It is a lady with short hair who has been on the phone when she went, and then talked to others after the phone call. We said three words to me: "ID card", I went to talk to the person next to me and didn't say the room number when I gave the room card. We still asked for it. Then the room is neither warm nor luxurious enough. The height is not enough, except that the room is bigger and the bed is bigger, but the room is very empty. There is no bathrobe in the room. The hotel is clean, fresh and comfortable as a whole, the decoration is relatively new, check-in is quick, just check out and hand in the room card, saving time. 這是我的第一個差評，酒店服務太不到位，首先停車的問題，地面停車場有位置不讓停，也沒有人值守，後到前台詢問後告知停地下停車場，停車後去前台辦理入住手續，告知車停的位置不對，到車場後酒店車位進不去，告知先繳費離開停車場再重新進……！原本想找一家好點的酒店休息，474元的房價在荊州這個地方也應該可以了，到前台辦理入住手續要求安靜的房間，結果入住後發現是臨街的，真沒有精力再換房了。房間夠大，但隔音不好，隔壁咳嗽一聲都聽得到，街道上車的噪音也大，總之入住感極差！下面的圖片是入住後房間裏的
