I came to Pujiang with my family during the Chinese New Year and stayed at the newly opened Xinguang Sheraton. The hotel environment, comfort, service, and catering were all very good, especially Rico, the guy at the front desk who checked us in and out, was enthusiastic and meticulous, and the guy at the front desk. The guy with the gold key on his uniform (forgot to look at the name tag), their service with a smile is impressive! Recommended!

Very well situated across the road from Yiwu Market. Very good bilingual service all over the hotel. Friendly and polite. Fast check-in and check-out. The breakfast and meals in the restaurant were very good and well priced. The rooms are spotless and what you would expect from the Marriot. The only thing that was a let down was the pool. It seemed to be used all the time for swimming lessons and children. The rest was perfect and will stay here again.

The hotel has a pleasant environment with high floors and a prime location. Upon returning to the room, there was an upgrade, and I am grateful for the attentive service provided by Evelyn and Candy at the executive lounge. The happy hour offers a wide selection of drinks, and my foreign friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves, even after having a few drinks.

Really nice hotel in a great location! Staff are kind and the receptionist spoke English which was convenient. Breakfast buffet was decent with a good selection of food and drinks. Cleanliness of the hotel was mostly good. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. However, the surfaces in the room were visibly dusty so dust likely circulated the room from the AC and so I got a little sick during my stay. Ended up not using the AC on the second night. Overall, I would stay here again due to the location and other positives. I would just ask staff to make sure the room surfaces are not dusty.

The hotel should be renovating the old hotel and not opening in 2023 at all! Some equipment is old and damaged! The windows are still single-layer glass and cannot be completely closed, causing air leakage! The soundproofing is quite poor, but if possible, you can chat with the next room without any barriers! The most annoying thing is that the price is 238 yuan, but I spent 260 yuan on Ctrip! Ctrip, you are not doing your job well. If you continue like this, members will no longer book on Ctrip!
