服務：服務非常好，雖然不帶停車場，但提供了附近停車點。本來房間水壓不夠水很小，反應了以後也順利換了房間。有100塊錢按金。
衞生：總體比較老舊。看起來衞生條件一般。看起來屋裡的東西都很舊，但是畢竟價格擺在那。一百塊錢出頭也不要求什麼了。
環境：在萬達樓上，公寓樓。地段好，樓下很多吃的，幹啥都很方便。隔壁有開美甲店理髮店衣服店的，環境一般吧，樓道電梯啥的都是比較舊的。但是好在隔壁不是客房，所以還算安靜。房間面積很大，很寬敞。
設施：門鎖密碼進門，不用房卡很方便。看到有暖氣片，但是沒通暖氣，取暖靠空調。屋裡這個起到造型作用的海洋球池子真是很雞肋，窗簾定死的，擋住外面的窗户，白天採光挺差的。

房間有跳蚤，服了，床還挺乾淨，maybe，投影儀看了一個小時不到顯示發熱關機，也沒稀再看，然後躺在沙發上沒一會渾身發癢，全是包，癢到凌晨四點多才睡着，半夜點的花露水什麼的，壓根沒怎麼睡，今天把衣服全消毒洗了，我不李姐我不理解，那個沙發怎麼可以這麼臟服了，看着很好看，今天還在癢！栓Q了真的

房間很滿意榻榻米風格，給人以不一樣的感覺，整體入住體驗不錯，唯一需要改進的就是投影，可能因為時間久了，投影效果略差

房間和圖片一樣，比較相符，客服態度也很好，美中不足的就是考試期間價格小貴，不過都在漲價也可以理解，樓下就是萬達和金街，吃飯出行都很方便
