I was here for a business trip and stayed one night with my clients from Singapore. The room was clean and tidy, and everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice, from the front desk manager to the restaurant staff—all were warm and attentive. I was surprised to find alcoholic beverages offered at breakfast; it really embodies the hearty and generous spirit of Shandong people who enjoy their drinks. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. Whenever I'm in Jining for a business trip, Wanda Hotel is my top choice because shopping and dining are incredibly convenient.

Clean hotel and very strategic location.

The lady at the front desk provided excellent service; she was warm and attentive. My room was upgraded, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely be back!

Check-in was incredibly swift, taking less than three minutes. The room had been pre-ventilated, so the air was wonderfully fresh and felt immediately comfortable upon entry. They noticed we had quite a few belongings and thoughtfully provided extra hangers and bags. These small, thoughtful touches, anticipating guests' needs, truly elevated what would have been a simple stay into a wonderfully comfortable experience. A special shout-out to Jessie, the Front Desk Manager, for her exceptional service. Our overall stay was truly excellent.

Great downtown location, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's not far from Taibai Tower and Jining Museum, just a short taxi ride away. The breakfast spread is quite good. The only minor issue is that parking spots in the underground garage can be a bit tight.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and attentive. Both check-in and check-out were very quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was spacious and bright, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very convenient. The breakfast selection was also quite varied and tasted great.

Jining is often referred to as 'Suzhou of Northern China' due to its extensive waterways and its historical role as a central hub of the Grand Canal. So, where's the best place to stay when you visit Jining? I highly recommend the Jining Jiahe Wanda Hotel. It boasts an excellent location, top-notch facilities, and impeccable service. A special thank you to Ms. Fang at the front desk. We had a drawing that needed protection, and she thoughtfully provided us with A4 paper and even some tape. Many thanks again. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

An unforgettable business trip! I stayed at the Jining Wanda Realm Hotel for a business trip and found it to be exceptional value for money. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive. I usually enjoy tea, so I asked for two extra bottles of water, and they proactively brought four. The next morning, I went for breakfast. The restaurant boasts a beautiful garden area, and though it was raining and I couldn't dine outside, it didn't impact my experience in the slightest. The food selection was extensive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find so many local Jining delicacies. It felt like I could savor all of Jining's cuisine right there in the hotel! Absolutely delightful! Next time I visit Jining, I will definitely stay at the Jining Wanda Realm Hotel again!

The bathroom was spotless, a definite improvement from my stay two years ago. I loved being able to sample Jining's local cuisine from the comfort of my room, especially useful when it's too hot to eat out in summer. This is one of the few Wanda Hotels that permits direct food delivery to rooms, which is a huge plus. The service just keeps getting better.

Lily at the front desk was wonderful; she was so patient and professional. The room was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. My family had a very pleasant and convenient stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The facilities are well-equipped, and the cleanliness is spotless. The surrounding area is excellent, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. Service is generally acceptable, though the front desk staff seemed a little unmotivated. I've stayed here multiple times, and it remains a good choice, particularly as it's the only five-star hotel in Jining city.
