Amazing hotel

Consistent quality and great service from the staff. Had one minor issue which needed solved and it was sorted by the staff extremely professionally.

This hotel is not centrally located but it commands good river view ( 晉江 ). It is dated and needs immediate full refurbishment. The quality of breakfast in the cafe is very poor, and there is room for improvement in respect of the service of some staffs. However, I have to express my appreciation of the execellant service extended to us by Miss Lisa Yang, the restaurant manger, who offered to buy for us sugar-free yogurt when she learned that we don’t take sugar-added yogurt due to health issues. The Chinese restaurant is a bright spot in the hotel. The food and service provided there is sumptuous and outstanding. This time, I stayed at the Hilton hotel with my colleagues. ALEX at the front desk thoughtfully arranged two rooms together on the same floor, which was very thoughtful. Not only that, he also helped us deliver our luggage to the room, and the service was quite good. The breakfast on the first floor is okay, but the dishes are not very rich.

Great Service during checking in process by front office lady, Ms Eva. She is exceptionally patience, great situation awareness when comes to supporting my stay experience. A 5 stars Credit specially to her.

The hotel facilities are a bit old and I hope they can be renovated in the future, but they are already well maintained. The room is clean. Large space.

I have stayed at many hotels in China and around the world and surprisingly, the Hilton Riverside Quanzhou was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Darren, a member of the front desk staff, was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selection was great and there are river views all over the hotel. The room itself was spectacular. I was in a suite with a walk in closet, living room with office space, large bedroom and large bathroom with a soaking tub. Each room in the suite had a river view. I look forward to my next trip to Quanzhou and will surely book the Hilton Quanzhou again. 

The check-in experience was very good this time. When checking in, I met Miss Lia, who was very friendly and arranged adjacent rooms for me and my friends. The scenery was great, and the procedures were professional and fast. I met Jennie when I stayed in the room later. Not only did she have a sweet smile, but she also gave me a suitable price and helped me prepare the bill and store my luggage. Later, when I came on a business trip, I chose to stay here!

The staycation was awesome, room is clean and comfortable, and specially thanks to staff Fang Fang for the great service during the stay.

Good hotel stay, hotel is located nearby to restaurants both local and Western. Pleasant staff, good lobby bar, room was good size and clean. Will book again when return here for business.
