價格便宜合理，但是也不是阿姨沒來得及打掃衞生的牽強理由。入住要求乾淨衞生要求不過份吧。房屋寬敞，需加強衞生。2025年元旦後第二天入住，座標成都金堂，冬季偏冷。房東及時回覆大部分問題。

房間還是很大，兩張1.8的大床。位置很好找，小區外停車都不收費的。買菜買水果都很方便。房間很清潔。下次來還住這裏。

小區環境不錯，空調製熱快，房屋乾淨整潔，被褥純棉的又軟乾淨，不潮，可以找房東提供電褥子，睡覺時候不冷，熱水很沖，廚房可以做簡單餐食，乾淨整潔，房租採光不錯，裝修也還不錯，性價比可以，春節期間一家小住很合適，房東熱情服務態度超讚，有一天沒法趕回來還幫我為了蜜袋鼯😘

忘記拍照，房子還是不錯的，附近有超市買東西方便，大學城也近吃也方便，室內還有機麻，熱水很方便，燒開水的是壞的，但房東馬上就換了個新的，房東回覆問題超快，就是房價略高，估計正值特殊考試時間點吧可以理解。
