The hotel's lush greenery creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Check-in was very smooth, and the staff were all smiles and incredibly polite. The butler service was outstanding – they paid attention to every detail, making our stay truly satisfying. No matter what we needed after checking in, their response was incredibly prompt, and their service was just right – attentive without being intrusive. Because there weren't many guests, they thoughtfully offered in-room breakfast service. We didn't have to rush to the restaurant early; instead, we could leisurely enjoy a lavish breakfast in our villa, chatting with friends – it was truly wonderful! The hot springs were also incredibly relaxing. After a day of traveling, soaking in them made me feel so much lighter. If I get the chance again, I'd definitely return to this hotel for another vacation.

First off, Tim Wang's service was impeccable; I felt completely at home throughout my stay. We woke up late and had breakfast quite late, but the restaurant staff went out of their way to ask what dishes we'd like refilled and ensured everything was brought promptly. All water activities on the lake were complimentary, and the staff were very observant, proactively offering help whenever they saw we needed it. Both the kids and the elderly in our family had an absolute blast, and the room facilities were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Requests for disposable amenities and the shuttle service were also handled very quickly. The entire service team truly deserves high praise. This time we only had a brief one-day stay due to time constraints, but we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

This was my first stay at the Chengdu Haiquan Bay MGallery by Sofitel, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations – definitely a five-star review! The hotel environment is tranquil and elegant, with beautifully landscaped gardens that offer a new view at every turn. The architectural design is sophisticated and high-quality. It's truly an escape from the city bustle, and with so many cherry blossoms in bloom, the atmosphere was just incredible. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in seamless. During my stay, I really appreciated the attentive care from the butler, who was always responsive to my requests, showing true professionalism in every detail. My room was spacious and clean, with excellent natural light and views. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and all the amenities were complete and of high quality. The natural hot spring water was superb; a soak left me feeling completely relaxed, destressed, and re-energized. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with the 'saizao noodles' being particularly popular. Overall, the service level was excellent, the environment beautiful, the hot springs authentic, and the comfort factor absolute perfection. It's highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. I plan to bring my family here again next time.

Having stayed in many hot spring hotels, I was extremely satisfied with this one. First, a big shout-out to Shirley! She proactively reached out via WeChat, arranged a room upgrade, and even provided a complimentary extra bed for my child. She kept me updated every step of the way – truly thoughtful and meticulous! The hotel's hot springs are also fantastic; finding a true radon-rich hot spring like this is incredibly rare! During the Chinese New Year, the hotel also hosted various activities and a fireworks display, which the kids absolutely loved.

Highly recommend this hot spring hotel! 🏨 The service was warm and attentive, and having parking right at the villa area was super convenient!! Plus, you can set off fireworks here, and we had a blast until very late, haha. The next day, the butler helped me arrange a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. They even knew when I was getting up and pre-arranged breakfast for me – so considerate! The breakfast was delicious, but we were in a bit of a rush and felt like we missed out on some things.
