該店的環境沒的説，夠得上別墅級別，非常大的一個庭院。安靜、舒適。停車太鬆快了，真是少有。這一點一定要給加分。至於衞生也算是乾淨。不足嗎，有兩點，1 屋內設備裝修過於陳舊簡單。（插座都不夠用，等等）2 屋內各種生物太多（105房，可能是總敞門的緣故）我所遇見的：蚊子、蒼蠅、螞蚱、蜘蛛、潮蟲等等。還好，我帶着“雷達”噴霧劑那。望有所改變。

出行第一站，本來想去筆架山的，到第二天下雨，早早就走了～房間吧，還可以，雙床房，路過住一宿，停車院裏可以停車～方便安全～

基礎設施太差，每個房間衹有一個電源插孔，電視不聯網，中央空調不能用。
圖片是刷牙的杯子和洗手池地漏，不知道該用什麼語言形容了。

原來賓館的房間他們出租給了一家石油單位，現在的賓館是一個綜合樓改造的，設備還是比較新衞生也可以。沒有餐飲，十一期間他們這個價格有點小貴。

性價比很高，位置非常好，距離筆架山和海龍廣場都衹需要步行十分鐘左右，價格在周邊來説相對實惠，但環境卻還可以，該有的都有，衞生看起來也很好，床也還算舒適。如果是旅遊的話絕對是最佳的選擇，畢竟大部分時間在海邊，回來就是睡個覺。

酒店整體感覺不錯，很安靜，離筆架山風景區很近，步行15分鐘左右，也可以騎行酒店門口的共享電動自行車，周邊吃飯的地方也比較方便，就是房間有點小，設備設施少。

設施確實很陳舊，房間隔音很差，樓上廁所沖水和用水聲音聽的很清楚。門衹能上一個鎖。提供的水是300多毫升小包裝的不夠喝。不推薦。

環境實在太差了，一進屋就特味，枕套都是發黃的，屋子很小，在綜合樓裏，沒有電梯，早晨退房前台都沒人，還要打電話，實在不怎麼樣
