first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible.

I passed by Jinzhou by chance and stayed at this hotel. I was very satisfied. The newly opened hotel has a bit of decoration smell, it would be better if the windows are opened. The hotel is very clean, the bedding is new, and the pillows are comfortable. The breakfast tastes good and the coffee tastes great. Although Ctrip's Gold Diamond members did not upgrade the room, the smile of the girl Le Yi at the front desk was healing. MM305408****The location of the hotel is very easy to find. You can see the hotel directly on the right side after exiting Jinzhou Station. The lobby is very spacious and bright. There is a faint fragrance as soon as you enter. The front desk brother is very nice and helped us check in. The room is very clean and tidy. My mother and daughter like it very much. Although it is close to the station, it is very quiet to sleep at night. It is also close to Linghe Night Market and can be reached on foot. There are also shopping malls. It is very convenient to live here. The bus to the Little Potala Palace can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are many types of breakfast, as well as plates for children. Milk, soy milk, coffee, yogurt are also complete, as well as Jinzhou-style roast chicken and sausages. The breakfasts on both days are different. There were fruits every afternoon, free cola and mineral water in the room refrigerator. The customer service was considerate enough to put the shoes on the bench at the door when they saw that no one was in the room. We stayed for two days including Saturday. When we came back from the night market at night, there was a girl singing on the first floor of the hotel. It was very pleasant to listen to her for a while. We checked out at 2 pm, but because we had a 5 pm train, we delayed the check-out to 4 pm, but the front desk guy said it was not cost-effective, so we left our things in the hotel and gave us a souvenir. We were very satisfied. My daughter said that she would definitely stay at Manxin Hotel next time she had the chance, as she didn't stay long enough. Thanks to the customer service and the front desk guy for their considerate service over the past two days. We will come again next time we have the chance.

The front desk was very efficient, checked in quickly and arranged a comfortable high-floor room. As soon as I entered the door, the room was clean and bright, without a stale smell, which made me feel at ease. The mattress is moderately firm, friendly to the waist, and the support of the pillow is just right. The hot water in the bathroom came out quickly, the water pressure was stable, and the exhaustion of the day after the shower dissipated.
What impressed me most was the details of a few ”just thought”. There was almost no noise when the air conditioner was running, which guaranteed a good night's sleep; two bottles of mineral water, and a disinfectant kettle, very intimate. When checking out, the front desk actively asked if you need to remove the small incense pieces and souvenir shells that smell in the car. The service is always online.
In general, this is a stay experience without obvious shortcomings and value for money, and the details can feel the hotel's intentions. If you come to this city again, you will give priority to it.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I feel that the exhaust fan is not very easy to use. My husband is in the middle of the night. I turned on the exhaust fan and closed the door. I still woke me up.
The room is along the street, the noise is very loud, every car will be whistling, it feels like driving in the ear.
At 1 am, I was chatting next door. A woman kept laughing hahahaha. The two people were talking about what topic, and they heard it clearly. Don't live here if you pay attention to privacy.
Public health is good, but the bathroom in the room is pushed to the ground and there is a water stain. I don’t know if the room is ventilated after cleaning.
Prices below 200 will be fine!

6631000****The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops.
Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures.
Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty.
Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed.
I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us.
