酒店位置及外觀都不錯，非常方便，衹是與五星賓館相比配置差了很多:
1.大廳有一處嚴重安全隱患的裝修，小孩玩耍或行人不注意很容易碰到頭。
2.酒店床墊很硬不舒適，枕頭配置更低，一般星級枕頭配置，浴巾，洗臉巾質量很差。
3.馬桶老舊，衞生間沒沒有應急電話，沒有緊急救援按鈕，桌上沒有紙筆，找不到拖鞋。
4.定製上面的禮遇四個一沒有，入住水果沒有。
5.外賣都可以直接送貨到房間，酒店安全性不高。
入住體驗不好。

説真的，這是我近一年住的數一數二差的酒店了，城市豪華排行榜第一也衹是價格第一，服務和設施真的是爛的一塌糊塗。
一晚上差不多500塊的住宿費在這個地方不算低，最基本的拖鞋都是壞的
我真沒見過哪個豪華高端酒店晚上十點洗衣房就關了，在吉首我見到了。
2023年裝修的酒店打開中央空調居然有吱扭吱扭的響聲！這是酒店特色服務安眠曲？
第一次見豪華排行榜第一的酒店跟我説除了房間送的水衹能另外拿兩瓶水 多加的水要收費
我下樓去車庫拿個東西忘了帶房卡，本來是兩點鐘退房，我讓阿姨幫我開一下門，阿姨問我是續住還是退房這個情有可原，但是你聽我説兩點退房跟我説了句你還有40分鐘。
貴酒店的管理制度體系真的是一言難盡

房間還可以，服務太差，積分換了入住水果卻要打電話問才送上來、春節遇上旁邊廣場放煙花，空氣中全部都是煙花味和污染物，無法呼吸，停車場和房間都是哪個味，難受，諮詢前台服務員愛理不理

房間蠻大的，裝修也挺好的，適合出差旅遊，早餐可以預約送到房間，點外賣也十分方便，缺什麼東西打電話都能解決，服務挺好的，住着很安心。酒店中餐廳味道特別好，包廂也大氣，應該算吉首最新最好的酒店了！下次再來也會住這裏。
