The hotel facility is best in hunan and the sweet room is so clean and staffs are so kind and do best service for guest . Ill come again just to stay this hotel only

Xiangxi Crown Hotel is a hotel with really good service. The hotel is high-end and atmospheric, especially the front desk lady Cao Dan who helped with check-in and arranged the room. The check-in experience was good and the service was very considerate. The hotel transportation is also convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around.
