The hotel facility is best in hunan and the sweet room is so clean and staffs are so kind and do best service for guest . Ill come again just to stay this hotel only

Xiangxi Crown Hotel is a hotel with really good service. The hotel is high-end and atmospheric, especially the front desk lady Cao Dan who helped with check-in and arranged the room. The check-in experience was good and the service was very considerate. The hotel transportation is also convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. The lady Dandan is very thoughtful and detailed in her explanation!
