前台就一個人接待，不是很熱情。5月18號酒泉的天氣有三十幾度，下午4點左右到店，給了一間西曬的房間，裏面非常非常熱，問怎麼沒有空調，回答是天氣不穩定，忽冷忽熱，就不用開空調了，把房間門打開就可以了，誰睡覺開着門？還真有聽話的，有4-5間房門開着，路過門口可以看到人在床上躺着。這是怎樣的星級服務，掛着4星級，真是徒有虛名，早餐也很一般。不推薦！

這家酒店房間大，衞生好，熱水充足，前台服務員一看就是培訓很到位的，熱情和藹，給人以賓至如歸的感覺，清潔阿姨也非常好，房間洗漱用具配備完善，配有護髮素，潤膚霜，每天還贈送兩盒酸奶，礦泉水沒有了，它會隨時增加，真的是一家賓至如歸的酒店，非常值得推薦，停車場的師傅也很不錯！酒店的性價比非常高，地理位置也非常好，就在市中心去步行街都很方便，所以來回都是選擇了他們這家酒店

市中心的位置，樓下不遠有美食街，公交站台，停車也很方便。酒店有些年頭,勝在安靜整潔。看上去像zf的招待所，大概會比較安全吧。在完全陌生的地方，都按照這樣的標準找酒店，基本沒出錯。從酒店出發自駕到金塔胡楊林和嘉峪關關城景區都是一個小時內的車程。傍晚到胡楊林，清晨到嘉峪關關城。晚霞、日出、胡楊、城樓、雪山，光線透徹，秋高氣爽，美不勝收。到酒泉博物館也很方便，順便提一嘴這個博物館免預約免門票，但非常好逛，復刻的榆林石窟，絲路歷史，河西走廊，都非常喜歡。彌補了沒有去敦煌的遺憾。開心的旅程。

20230802入住的酒店很好，設施完善，服務一流，要特別感謝酒店的王曉美女，熱心善良靠譜，助人為樂。入住第二天早上去旁邊一百多米的餐館吃了清湯羊肉，把雙肩包掉店裡了，自駕到張掖才發現，電話過去老闆娘説包收着，但不會發快遞。情急中聯繫昨晚入住的酒泉飯店前台，接電話的王曉姑娘急人所急，毫不推辭，中午12點一下班就過去幫我取領取，並聯系順豐幫我發到家。幫解決了大問題，還安慰我安心旅遊，不用擔心包包的事!為此，我應該給酒泉飯店打超5分!感謝熱情善良好心的王曉，飯店領導請一定給予表揚獎勵!你們的善意温暖了旅途的異鄉人!感謝酒泉飯店，感謝王曉! 酒店性價比較高，是正規的四星，房間寬敞舒適，設施用品齊備，忘了拍室內照了，總之不錯，床品也很舒適。討巧的是，一進房間就發現裏面贈送了兩杯酸奶，還有手寫的小卡片，入住不久，服務員又送來了一盤水果。洗浴間寬敞，水特別好，洗浴液洗頭水都是漂亮的雪豹主題，還配了兩套。重點是，位置非常中心，旁邊就是漢唐美食街，熱鬧而不喧雜。停車很方便，免費。推薦。

挺滿意的酒店，服務贊。位置是酒泉市市中心區域，離地標鐘鼓樓一步之隔。從房間遠望祁連山的風景也不錯。設施方面還可以，有一些設備老舊維護方便的小問題，不影響入住體驗，如果房間裏有個加濕器就好了。餐廳菜餚的口味可能是本地的做法，口味對我來説有些奇怪。葱爆羊肉用了蠻多醬油的，口味偏鹹，羊肉的品質還不錯。手撕包菜是甜口的，第一次吃到這種調味。菜的份量相當大，兩個文明菜一個都沒吃了。物有所值，有機會會再入住。
