床單被套檔次有點低，感覺不透氣，一動彈被套感覺好硬有咔咔在響的聲音。一進房間配了小水果有點小驚喜。打開後西紅柿是壞的。感覺都很不新鮮。客房大姐更是不專業。我自己拿小方巾鋪在麪台上上面放了我的洗漱用品，結果回來客房大姐把鋪的方巾直接取掉了，把我的洗漱用品直接放在了洗面盆的麪台上。如果這樣的話，我就不用把方巾鋪在麪台上放我的洗漱用品了。讓我很不舒服。

酒店工作人員熱情，非常熱情。主動拿行李，主動遞毛巾，遞茶水。都有一種受寵若驚的感覺了。我忘記帶鼠標墊，然後拿了張墊着，第二天客服工作人員就幫我拿了個鼠標墊，非常貼心。臨走的時候還送了我們幾瓶水路上喝。好贊！下回來酒泉還住這家了。

本來訂了如家酒店的，後來發現它沒有停車場，便改訂了這家，沒想到給我一個意外的驚喜。這家酒店住得太舒適，太叫我滿意了。從硬件設施上看，幾乎無可挑剔，寬敞明亮，有貴妃椅，有寫字枱，床品好，窗明幾凈。衞生間乾濕分離，廁所，洗手盆，馬桶各自獨立。從軟件上看，也堪稱完美，一下車，保安就用車幫忙拉行李到房間，前台接待員彬彬有禮，路上電梯所碰到的任何工作人員都訓練有素，微笑着和你打招呼，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。這也説明酒店的管理相當成功。美中不足的是早餐略微遜色，希望能改進一下。

床單和枕套上分別有紅色和灰色的痕跡，不知道是啥，讓酒店給換，換的時候發現被褥有一大圈黃黃的污漬不知道是啥，讓服務員換，服務員説沒有多餘的被褥換不了。進門時前台服務很熱情給一顆星，附近有家早餐店包子現包的給一顆星。其餘的一言難盡

這次來酒泉旅遊，住的酒泉航海國際酒店真的太讓我驚喜了！地理位置超棒，離各個景點和商場都很近，出行購物超方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床軟硬適中，晚上睡得特別香。前台服務人員熱情周到，辦理入住很快，還貼心推薦了周邊好玩的地方。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，吃得超滿足。下次來酒泉，肯定還選這兒！
