Great location, walking distance to the entrance of JIUZHAIGOU scenic entrance, so we save up the hassle of getting a cab which we need to catch one at the road side, unlike in the city, Didi is not available. Basic breakfast and we hope the coffee machine could be improved as the coffee would splashed out unexpectedly.

The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

The service at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, especially Lin Yuqin at the front desk. The service is very good. The room is also very clean and tidy. The store manager also bought cold medicine for us, and also gave us fruit and white fungus soup. There are also many kinds of breakfast. Originally we only booked a room for two nights, so we decisively extended our stay for one more night. However, when I accidentally reviewed the previous two nights, I didn't get the full five-star rating and rated it 4.2 points [bitter]. I will definitely come back next time if I have the opportunity. Will choose this hotel [Qiya] again

We are foreign tourists. The location of the accommodation is excellent. The room is clean and quiet. It has intelligent control by Xiao Ai, the customer service is polite, and there are free washing machines and dryers for guests to use. Breakfast is not rich but satisfying enough. It is recommended to stay, it can be reached within ten minutes by walking to Mizoguchi.

Nice place and one of the cheaper options for visiting Jiuzhaigou which was only a 10-15 min walk away. The ladies on the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The only flaw of the place was the shower heads were covered in limescale which is a little gross but other than that it was all good!

I made an impromptu decision to take a vacation to Jiuzhaigou and chose the Ritz Hermitage. The hotel is built on the mountain, with the snow-capped mountains facing each other in the distance! The room is super large, the room design and furnishings are very elegant, and the details are also well handled! The geothermal heat is awesome! The hot pot is absolutely amazing👍🏼, you must try it! Afternoon tea ☕️ faces the snowy mountains 🏔️! I have to praise the Chinese restaurant, the tableware is well thought out, the pattern is that of the village in front of the hotel (I really want to buy it😂), and the chopsticks are also exquisite! The old objects on the display shelves are all very particular! Thanks to the handsome man for explaining🌹 Every dish is delicious. The belly-baked lamb is called Yu Yang Xian, it tastes great👍🏼! Breakfast is a bit weak, mainly a set meal. The food is made with great care, but the serving time is a bit long, which affects the appetite! The hotel steward Xiao Wei is a cheerful and handsome young man. He took us around the entire hotel and introduced the hotel's collections one by one. He was patient and careful and thought about what the guests would think. We must like it! 👍🏼 warmth! Comfortable! We will come again next time✈️

When checking in, I encountered mainland tourists who jumped in line to check in. The front desk staff was able to put our check-in aside and let the mainland tourists who jumped in line check in first. We are obviously already checking in. Jumping in line seems reasonable. My child took the cup noodles to the front desk to ask for hot water, but the front desk staff did not help at all, and the child even burned his hand. This hotel does not have children's toothbrushes and slippers. Even if I asked the front desk, they didn't provide them. The front desk said that they were a new hotel and hadn't prepared these sanitary products yet. Next, around 8pm, the wash basin leaked and water was all over the floor. I called the front desk to complain, and the front desk sent a staff member to look at the large puddle of water on the ground and said that the sewer was blocked, which was why the water leaked, and then left. We thought we were going to get cleaning supplies, but after waiting for 20 minutes, there was no sign of anyone. It turned out that they were not planning to mop the floor. Were they just waiting for us to handle it ourselves? After that, we called the front desk again, and a staff member came to deal with it 5 minutes later. The efficiency is really poor. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the water was very small, and the hot water was hot and cold. Regarding air conditioning, it was quite cold on the day we checked in, and it snowed the day before. We turned on the heating, and it was still super hot no matter how much we adjusted it. We asked the staff at the water beach to help us make it cooler, and he did so. But we were too hot to sleep all night. We called the front desk the next day and found out that the heating was central and could not be adjusted in the room. So what happened to the staff who mopped the floor last night? Can't you tell us? Really bad.

The room is very clean and smart. You can turn on the lights and open the curtains when you enter. There is a bus to Jiuzhaigou at the door. We have a car and drove there by ourselves. It costs 25 yuan for 5 hours. It is easier to find parking spaces in the off-season. I originally planned to stay for one more day, but I was too tired from playing in Jiuzhaigou and had to hike somewhere, so I came out at 1:30 in the afternoon. After discussing with the hotel, I booked a room and checked out the next day. The service attitude is really great. I will stay here again next time I go there. There was only one person for breakfast, and it was inconvenient to eat around. There was only a Sichuan restaurant, and breakfast for one person and a child was 48+1. The breakfast dishes are not rich enough and the taste is average. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel

A B&B that feels like home, where you can warm yourself over the fire and drink tea. There is no need to compare it with a five-star hotel. It's a five-minute drive from the scenic spot, and the boss's pick-up and drop-off is very convenient. It's minus ten degrees outside in winter, but the room is warm, there's plenty of hot water, and an awesome smart toilet. We visited the owner’s Tibetan home, which was very beautiful.

The room is large and clean, and the floor heating is warm enough so you won't feel cold when sleeping at night. The lady at the front desk and the uncle who drove the car were also very nice. They would take us to the entrance of the scenic spot at the door in the morning, which was great! The hotel also has a very cute kitten, which is very dear to you. Book this hotel when you come to Jiuzhaigou. It’s a great experience!
