Jiuzhaigou Hostels

There are few people in the off-season, so we offer free upgrades. The hotel location is a bit far from Jiuzhaigou Valley. There are also many hotels at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, but the sanitary environment seems to be worse than that of Hilton. But the price should also be lower. First of all, the staff's service is impeccable, gentle, considerate and comfortable. Everything is good, health, environment, setting. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit ordinary, which may be related to the location in Jiuzhaigou. Transportation of ingredients may also be a bit inconvenient. I guess other hotels are not as good as Hilton. The temperature inside is a bit low at 21 degrees. I guess other hotels are colder.

Amazing hotel hidden between the hills right over the ridge of the Jiuzhaigou colorful lakes valley. Hotel appears to be fully recovered from the earthquake that hit the region in 2017. We were super lucky to finally visit the Jiuzhaigou park and stay at Intercontinental was a cherry on top of the pie. Hotel kindly gave us a complimentary entry to their fantastic hot springs - which was really wonderful to relax after 36 km hiking across the Jiuzhaigou park. Breakfast, as per intercontinental standard was great. Although due to golden week some most popular stations (waffles) required few minutes queue. Hotel was full but we still happened to be given a parking spot in the underground garage. All in all - fantastic stay.

Great location, walking distance to the entrance of JIUZHAIGOU scenic entrance, so we save up the hassle of getting a cab which we need to catch one at the road side, unlike in the city, Didi is not available. Basic breakfast and we hope the coffee machine could be improved as the coffee would splashed out unexpectedly.

Jiuzhaigou Four Seasons Fairy Tale Scenic Spot Store is 1.3 kilometers away from the gate of the scenic spot. The environment is clean and tidy, and the price is reasonable. I can say from the bottom of my heart: It is a good place to stay in Jiuzhaigou. The scenery of Jiuzhaigou Valley is beautiful and picturesque. After a day of hiking, eating yak meat at the restaurant on the second floor of Four Seasons Fairy Tale is also delicious, and you can sleep soundly and stress-free at night. In addition, buying Eternal Love tickets at the hotel is a little cheaper than **. If you want to go to Huanglong, you can buy bus tickets at Jiafu Supermarket across the road.

As a foreigner having lived in China for quite a few years, this hotel was very traditional Chinese / Tibetan styled. The service was outstanding. I asked for more coffee, water and various other things without an issue. They were very accommodating with the use of translators and they were very patient. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, there was a bathtub and the water was hot. The t.v had one or two channels in English, which one fine, as we were not there to watch it, but good to know. Of course all was in Chinese, but we are in China :) Managers, Concierge, Reception, girls at the tea area, girls at the breakfast reservation area and chefs were all super friendly. They gave us free tickets to see the tibetan show, which was really awesome. They have their own stage on the other side of the hotel where you can go and watch it. Definitely was worth seeing. They offered to drive us to the scenic spot and to the airport, without asking. So they really go out of their way to help you. So those were some of the amazing experiences above. My key point for anyone that stays here as a foreigner. - The food is TRADITIONAL, Jiuzhaigou is a small place with barely any western options. There is a Steak place 500m from the hotel, which you can order from Meituan straight to the hotel. There is also a KFC, that is about 4.4 km away from the hotel. The food can take an hour to an hour and a half, due to the distances and very few drivers. But, you do have days where they are super quick. So basically, this hotel is recommended to foreigners whom are familiar and used to traditional chinese food. The rest was absolute bliss. Hope this helps going forward Thanks for reading

Hotel excellent, Service Incredible, attention great, food delicious. Everything was ok. Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry. We took a foot bath Massage sesión, they had a extra charge for the oil they used. That was not fair. Nevertheless I will use again this hotel, reservation directly with hotel and no massage. As I commented, the best hotel in Jiuzhaigo.😌

Conrad Hotel is a high-end brand under Hilton Hotels. I came to Jiuzhaigou with my girlfriend. I suddenly thought of staying in a luxury hotel. After comparison, I settled on Conrad Hotel. The service and hygiene are excellent. My girlfriend is menstruating and the front desk After talking about it, they also made brown sugar water for us. It tasted very sweet. I would also like to thank the waiter Longlong for his help. Because of my girlfriend's affairs, I took the car back and forth several times, but every time we were received warmly and hospitably. Facilities: Hilton Hotel is a high-end brand, and all kinds of facilities are top-notch. If your girlfriend has poor sleep quality, she lay down and fell asleep early that night. The shampoo and everything else have a great fragrance. I have been using it for a long time. I like this brand very much. The bathtub is also very easy to use. After a tiring day, I simply take a bath to relieve fatigue. Hygiene: Not to mention hygiene, it can only be said to be excellent. Everywhere is clean. Then looking at the kettle, it seems that it has been specially cleaned. It feels clean and can be used. Environment: In the middle of the mountains, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery even if you open the curtains. But I am not very lucky. If it happens to snow a little, I don’t know how happy I will be, but I think the most amazing thing is the scenery over where I have breakfast. , so suitable for taking pictures. Not bringing a camera is the thing I regret most this time. Service: The service quality of Hilton Hotels has always been excellent. Conrad and Hilton are connected together. When we arrived at Hilton, someone suggested that someone from Conrad pick us up and drop us off. They also came to pick us up in a friendly manner, which saved us a lot A long way, and then because I have to take a car to go to the villa, plus some reasons. Although the hotel has to go up a mountain and is some distance from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, it is worth spending time to stay at the Banyan Tree for one night! With the unique advantages of the geographical environment, I finally understand why so much effort and financial resources have been spent to set up a hotel here! Only when you come to the scene can you know this kind of shock and emotion! Although there are some unbuilt villas on the mountainside, once you reach the top of the mountain, Banyan Tree's gardens, forest paths, lights and music are more than enough to make up for it! The food arrangement in the restaurant is also very exquisite! The engineering staff are on call very quickly. If you don’t understand the screencasting method, they can provide support immediately! Only the ladies at the reception desk express themselves too directly and require a strong tolerance for interaction!

The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

Extremely spacious room with a fake fireplace, seating area and a little balcony (although no chair or table so can't really sit outside). Bed is really comfortable and the room was quiet apart from noisy neighbors in the hallway. Bathtub and nice shower. The hotel is very dated but grandiose and expansive, making busy Jiuzhaigou seem quiet. It's set back from the street which helps with noise. It's a smoking hotel though which is unpleasant for non-smokers. The pool was closed and nowhere to be found. Breakfast was fine, some non-Chinese options and basic coffee.
